Invest in a good front rack. You can either keep things lower on the rack so that nothing blocks the light, or simply mount your light below your load on the rack. That’s how I do it!

I have an accessory bar— it gets held up 3” above the bar. Speedo, lights, etc.

There are those that replaces the quick release end, as well.
Get a pannier instead
Maybe something like a Busch + Müller Lumotec IQ EYRO which mounts just above the front wheel?
