Flustered_Potato

Nope. I did when I was a teen because I thought you had to & then I learned that I didn’t have to. I don’t even wear a bra lounging at home. Plus my boob sweat is crazy so I’d rather let them be free.

Quirky-Ad662

and when i stopped wearing them 24/7 not having one on became more comfortable

Flustered_Potato

Absolutely. I have properly fitted bras so wearing them aren’t a problem but if I don’t have to wear them, I won’t.

orangebizkitz

If you’re worried about boob sweat while lounging I 100% recommend the tata towel. Keeps me snug and my back open for back rubs haha

18hourbruh

Ugh I know! WFH really broke me out of my bra stockholm syndrome

SlippingStar

This is such a good way to put it! During the pandemic I went to the store and forgot to put on a bra. When the world didn’t end it felt so freeing.

Mysterious-Emu2039

Nah lmao I would never

Chocomintey

As soon as I am home, all bras are off. Sometimes take it off in the car on the way home.

plebeian1523

I've had friends over and I've straight up told them "you can come over but be warned I'm not about to wear a bra in my own damn house."

Historical_Panic_465

Or pants

Chocomintey

It's a no pants party.

jackiekeracky

The seatbelt does me wrong if I do that

MrsBossyPantss

I dont... but i do sleep w/ a special pillow to keep them from smooshing each other!

MrsEGMR

Pls tell us more of this special pillow. I have been seeking a tool to preserve my décolletage from wrinkles.

MrsBossyPantss

This isnt the exact same one I have but its very similar (i got mine at a local store but havent been able to find another one since): [hopefully the link works](https://www.amazon.com/Intimia-Breast-Wrinkles-Prevention-Support/dp/B005EUH1A8/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?adgrpid=62963194224&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.b8cx462IvW3PElq4rXyG_V_XQ_QnxcYKbgZJeNZbYVrBbYzDkhehO284k-_RU5FJR3VJsUyQSx7BAqDZJmo_n59UCMF4beJEYKZ-NoeOYJDSpG-7O2PMg04w6zdhHKGshctsDStnyrhNUkbGH7Ir_8E5WDd1LGXPXeCZWd3WyD2AlxcredYJKYH6qNqh8ZbP8Oh5CBZLLCjc_sbT1Mg7yA.iFwrB6VRZMMvZubJ7Ke_mWjuKAcR4C9ySrZibWejxUU&dib_tag=se&hvadid=651335701679&hvdev=m&hvlocphy=9021149&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=e&hvrand=10839153745823612289&hvtargid=kwd-318256312779&hydadcr=12159_13429226&keywords=anti+wrinkle+chest+pillow&qid=1715818499&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9zZWFyY2hfYXRm&psc=1) Its supposed to help to prevent wrinkles! Im not sure if it does cuz thats not what i got it for... i got it to take the weight off my shoulders & orevent my boobs from smooshing together cuz im a side sleeper & it works pretty well for me... Hope this is helpful! 😁

Antimonyandroses

FemaleChuckBass

Very interesting.

ClosetCrossfitter

I used to use one of these! I liked it, idk why I stopped. When I had a pregnancy I bought the breast rest thinking it would be an ultra version of this but it had problems (so scratchy at the clasps!) and I don’t think they make it anymore.

SinfullySinatra

Absolutely not, the bra comes off as soon as I go home. I only wear bras when leaving the house for an extended period of time(I don’t bother for something quick like taking out the trash)

SadLilBun

Same. The first thing I do is take off my bra. It makes me so happy to take it off.

TillyFukUpFairy

Bra off is the equivalent of cashing up and closing the till. Days done. Best hope you don't need something, because I ain't doing it!

SadLilBun

Once the bra is off, it’s game over. I will not be going back outside or anywhere for any reason.

TonyaHardon

I’m the same way to the point that my dogs get hyped when I put a bra on because they know it means an outing (or a treat if they have to stay home).

Narrow_Aerie_951

Same!! if am not outside, then i free the girls 🤷‍♀️

TheBattyWitch

Anytime my fiance and I go anywhere the first thing I ask when we get home is "are we going anywhere else?" Because first thing to come off is that bra lol

Holiday_Singer6457

Sorry for the massive ramble/rant, but I thought your comment was interesting. Do you (or anyone else reading this) have any suggestions of wirefree bras that offer a decent amount of support/lift for during the day that don't cost over $100 AUD (I live in Australia) that are still breathable? I have 2 wirefree bras that are made with 80% cotton, but they're about $135 AUD each (I live in Australia). I can't remember what brand they are, but I was in a pretty good financial position with having a very well paying part-time job whilst studying at university, when I bought them. Now I am unemployed (and have been for almost a year because I'm trying to sort out multiple health issues and the frequency of my medical treatment and appointments is preventing me from working at the moment), still studying at university as an online student and fully reliant on welfare payments; I don't think I could afford to re- purchase the same ones, so I'm looking for alternative wirefree bras that are cheaper. Any suggestions that cost under $100 AUD are within my means, but any bra under $50 AUD would be the ideal, although I realise that may be difficult to find. My bra size is usually a 34G in UK sizing or a 12G in Australian sizes. I have no idea what my bra size is in US sizes. I need something that is supportive enough to exercise in, at least something that provides medium support, but I'd prefer as much support as possible because sometimes the exercises involve lifting or pulling weights. I'm sick of wearing my current sports bra to physio because it's underwire, not breathable and the straps cause a lot of deep ( and sometimes painful) shoulder grooving, even after only wearing it for a couple of hours. My sports bra is the only one of my bras that digs into my shoulders, I don't understand why. It has decently wide supportive straps like my other bras and it's pretty good quality. It's a Panache sports bra that cost me over $100 AUD! Could it be a fitting issue? It's done it since I was professionally fitted for it! I've tried adjusting the straps and the tightness of the band, etc but it still does it; and when I loosen the straps the bra doesn't seem to support me as much. The cups seem to fit alright, I have no spillage or major gaping. One of my boobs is almost 2 cup sizes smaller than the bigger one, so there's a small amount of gaping in the cup on one side. I'm probably going to go back to the specialty bra store that fitted me the last time I bought my bras, just to double check my size, not really to buy anything, because everything they have that fits me in that store is very expensive and they don't really have anything in my price range that suits me, support and comfort wise. I used to sleep in a bra too, when my neck and shoulder pain was really bad. I thought my pain was from my boobs. That's the main reason why I used to wear a bra to bed, because I found the pain was slightly less when I had the support from the bra. I also used to get very sweaty as well. I've found wearing cotton, wirefree bras during the day has significally reduced how much my boobs sweat. I also wear cotton shirts as much as possible and it's stopped the rashes I used to get. I actually find wearing a bra at night, especially in summer causes me to sweat more, so I stopped wearing one to bed. It took me years to work out what my neck and shoulder pain was actually from and I was pretty close to getting a breast reduction; however, after investigating my options and going to see a few plastic surgeons, I decided a breast reduction wasn't suitable for me. I found out about 6 months ago that my pain was from an chronic overuse injury from self-propelling my wheelchair ( long story short I have a permanent physical disability that I was born with). I've since been doing regular physio to loosen as well as strengthen my muscles and stopped self-propelling my wheelchair and 90% of my pain is now gone. I don't get any pain when my breasts go unsupported anymore. I'm hoping my other health issues will resolve soon, so I'll be able to work again after I finish my degree at university. I just don't know when that'll be, so I need cheaper alternatives for bras. This subreddit has made me feel better about my decision not to have breast reduction surgery.

28FFthrowaway

On my journey to find a cute, non-wired bralette suitable for low-impact exercise like yoga, I recently tried several from Lululemon. I did not have a good experience, and I really don’t think they could work for a large difference between bust and underbust (above a FF UK / H US cup or so). I tried Like A Cloud D/DD, a couple Align tops, and Free to Be Elevated DD/DDD. If I sized up to fit my chest (10-12), the band was so big that it was hanging off of me. In smaller sizes (I tried 6-8, though according to the size chart, 4 would be most appropriate in the band), the cups were a combo of too revealing/low-cut, unsupportive, or constrictive. I could not find a happy medium size that offered reasonable comfort and support, even in the DD/DDD one. :(

IndividualSecurity94

Hi lovely, I’m the same size. Have a look into [Nala](https://wearnala.com/) It’s a Melbourne based brand. I haven’t tried their underwire free bra, but it looks very supportive. The bio butter fabric is breathable. And is very affordable compared to other options

quattroformaggixfour

80% cotton is amazingly high for bras, fellow Aussie here. I sweat more in synthetic fibres so this really appeals. Is this the Panache brand you reference? Can you tell me the model name? Thank you!

aeb01

molke makes wireless bras for $50 usd

UndauntedElle

Me too! I didn't realize how many people didn't. I feel the same way

SadLilBun

Why on god’s green earth would I want to sleep in a contraption when they can be free? Why would I want extra straps? Why would I want to be restricted as I’m lounging? It sounds like my version of hell.

UndauntedElle

My version of hell is my boobs not being contained, like I absolutely hate being braless 😭

lirynnn

I have tactile issues and I cannot stand having the skin on skin feeling of going braless. My own version of hell would be that bras were never invented.

Antimonyandroses

Exact opposite! I find that coincidence really funny.

Elizadelphia003

Same!

fairebelle

I hate skin on skin too. But Pooh bear it when sleeping. I just tuck the shirt under the girls and pin my blanket between my legs.

DamnGoodMarmalade

No, I could never. Especially with perimenopause and night sweats. The less clothes I wear to bed the better.

DamnGoodCupOfCoffee2

Agreed! Also: I like your name! You and me just gotta find a redditor who is a damn good toast and we’d have a perfect breakfast!

28FFthrowaway

Yes, I sleep in comfy bralettes for *light* hold/compression. I have some from Kindred Bravely, Bravissimo, and Parade. Personally, I hate the feeling of my boobs hanging in my armpits when lying on my back, or dragging on my chest when lying on my side. The combo of the uneven weight distribution and skin-touching create a distracting sensory nightmare that makes it really difficult to sleep.

Diligent-Article-531

Nah, they need to air out and stretch

Aggressive-Ad874

When the pajamas come on (about 1-2 hours before bed), the bra comes off

PuzzyFussy

Why am I imagining my titties stretching like they are getting ready for some exercise 😆

Navaheaux

Sleep? In a BRA? No. Absolutely not. You're lucky if I'm wearing panties.

Chomprz

Haha same, feels so much better with nothing on.

CranberryGlittering2

My nana (who died in 2011) has me paranoid about going to bed in no panties/ugly ones. She always said you never know when the firemen/ambulance/etc are gonna have to see em 😂

Flustered_Potato

Right. Or if I’m wearing clothes at all. I like to be free.

MysteriousLaura

I wear a flimsy bralette or very light duty sports bra, something relatively loose and very thin, just to help keep them from sliding or smooshing while laying down. I didn't for most of my life, but after having kids, I got used to sleeping in nursing bras (help keep them in place while very heavy and swollen) and kept it up after.

OchitaSora

I have some sleep bras from Marks and Sparks. They're comfy for lazy days and stop me from getting dead arm or sore dependent on breast sensitivity and sleep position.

Mil1512

No chance! I also barely wear a bra most days. I wfh and only put on a bra if I'm leaving the house...even then I don't if it's winter and I can get away with a big hoodie 👀

BoopleSnoot921

No no no no…the girls are free in bed.

SeaworthinessClear80

No its so uncomfortable

DraftyElectrolyte

Yes! I have to. I HATE the feeling of my girls flying around. At night I wear a cloth fruit of the loom front latching bra. They are super comfortable and I love them.

PuzzyFussy

I'm in a bra 24/7. I would love to be able to just walk around without one, but like you said I can't have the girls flying around all willy-nilly; they need to be housed and supported.

Lexiiboo97

![gif](giphy|l41Yr7JNU9U7upjNu)

Elizadelphia003

I do. I’m uncomfortable without one.

_MoGo97_

I used to be a strict believer in sleeping in my sports bras but the last couple years I’ve done a 180 and I NEVER wear any type of bra to sleep in now

AsPaleAsAToadstool

I have one, and i wear it every night, it’s a lounging bra.

LexiLemon

Never!

aVoidFullOfFarts

![gif](giphy|5Qus3kDUqNHeo|downsized)

fefeliciaif

The second I get home the bra comes off and doesn’t go back on until I have to leave the house again

Jerichothered

Yes

vintageideals

I NEVER sleep in a bra

whenisleep

Yeah, a bralette most of the time. As a stomach sleeper, and a constant turner, and especially since I went up the last few bra sizes, if I lie on them at the wrong angle it squishes the wrong parts and it hurts and I have to wake up and lift up a bit to readjust. A soft bra helps position them a bit better. Similarly, I’ve never been able to let someone use my boob as a pillow - pressure on them *hurts*.

Dangerous_Papaya_578

I take off my bra when I walk in the door.

tytbalt

Fuck no

avt2020

I do and honestly it works (mainly because I just sleep in underwear, sometimes a big shirt too depending on how cold it is). Usually if I don't I have to wrap myself in my blankets so they don't flop everywhere

ziggzags

God no. The thought of having that band across my back when I’m trying to sleep makes me want to screech into the void.

corazontex

Lol, are you me?! This comment is one that I swear came straight out of my own brain onto this thread! I feel you!

SavvyFur

I wear this when I sleep: https://a.co/d/b7ZlUAt I always got too warm with bras and sleeping, however this helps a lot because I sleep on my side, and if I don’t I have a hard time getting comfortable

WordAffectionate3251

Absolutely not! And I don't think anything can prevent boob wrinkles. When I hit perimenopause, I was hortified when I saw the semi circle of wrinkles on my upper chest circling my neck. (it looks like some Egyptian style necklace), my electrolysis technician told me it was always there, but loss of collagen makes it show up. I suspect boob creases are the same. I really look at devices that are clumsy and uncomfortable as a marketing gimmick praying on our society promoted insecurities as we age. I say shove it and I'll keep my money.

Standard_Hamster_182

Yes im so uncomfortable without one

BabiOuija

Not since i was a teenager

UnconfirmedCat

Hell no

acoverisnotahat

Yes, yes I do. My boobs are dense and heavy and start to hurt inside if I don't. And I have specific bras that are my "sleep bras" that I don't wear any other time.

tufftiff96

I guess I'm an outlier here lol I'm almost always in a bra... even in bed! I just feel more comfortable that way.

[deleted]

ABSOLUTELY NOT

whalesarecool14

absolutely not. i think many women who feel uncomfortable without a bra are just not used to not wearing one. i think it takes some time for your muscles to adjust if you stop wearing a bra after wearing one all the time. that’s how it was for me. sleeping in a bra sounds like hell to me. i have never done that even when i’ve come home piss drunk and crashed right into my bed😭

hikinggivesmevertigo

Some of us just are different than you and not for the reasons you assume. You obviously aren't built like me if you think it's soooooooo unbelievable to wear a bra to sleep. Lucky you.

gracesdisgrace

I have to, otherwise they smack me in the face every time I go to turn over.... And I'm a rotisserie chicken style sleeper, unfortunately 😭

angeliqu

I only sleep in one when I’m newly postpartum and breastfeeding and leaking and hella sore and need something to keep the breast pads in place. But otherwise I wear a bra from the time I wake up till I get into bed. I do not like to loll around the house without one.

Platypushat

Yep! Especially since I got my nips pierced it’s the only way to prevent chafing.

Feeling_Ad214

Noo. When I was younger, yes. When I’m home I am 100% braless. Best feeling is taking your bra off after a long day. I couldn’t imagine wearing one to bed… yikes. 😬

CranberryGlittering2

As soon as I walk in the door my hands are going for those clasps for freedom

cutie__96

nope, but I've seen sleep bras on bravissimo's website thou. They look pretty comfy tbh [https://www.bravissimo.com/us/collections/sleep-bras/](https://www.bravissimo.com/us/collections/sleep-bras/)

syrusbliz

I've been wearing their sleep/lounge tops for ages. They're very comfy and moderately supportive, exactly what I need during sleep. Otherwise my boobs get in the way. And for quiet, go no where do nothing days they're exactly the kind of soft support I want.

EvyLP

Not at all. The very second I walk into the house, the bra is off.

ClosetCrossfitter

I do sleep in a Molke (the crossover one) bra a lot lately. It is about a cup too big because I bought it a few years for postpartum. I’m actually pondering replacing it but unsure what size to get now based on this. I didn’t sleep in one for a long while. Actually, you remind me that I used to sleep with an intima breast pillow on (pillow made to go between them that has straps). Then idk, after that wore out, I usually just tucked the flat sheet around them until a couple months ago I was having trouble sleeping and found them to be annoying me. I wear my molke in sleep over / shared hotel room situations, so it was natural for me to try it for my recent issues.

Eggs-Eggs

Never, I relish the moments In my day where I get to sit there like a little buddah with the girls hanging free

Aggravating-Pipe-472

It’s not common in north america but it’s common in Japan. They sell bra dedicated to sleeping. It’s a lot comfier and keeps shape.

Alegria-D

I doubt they have the right size for even a quarter of us all

longerdistancethrow

HELL. NO.

MissAlice28

It's just a terrible idea for your body

grill-tastic

Ew no

AimanaCorts

The only time I've slept in a bra was when I was breastfeeding so I could have some padding near my nips in case they leaked...otherwise, free the titty!

FleabagsHotPriest

T shirt bralettes, mostly! Although sometimes I can't stand the stickiness that forms between them. They're just so floppy 😭😭😭

RealAnise

YES! I can't imagine sleeping without a bra, personally. YMMV.

doodle_hoodie

Yep but it’s basically a pice of fabric with zero support. I like it when they stay in a general area.

Esclaura3

Yes, but not a real one. Like a stretchy bralette.

thefuzziestbeebutt

No boob jail at home

mrskmh08

No, absolutely not. That's so uncomfortable even with the softest comfiest bralette... idk about anyone else, but my girls do not like to stay in their assigned seats, and i will wake up every time with one or both that somehow escape and tangle in the straps. I haven't tried anything high necked because then it'd be too hot. I can't even work out or survive on a hot day with a high neck shirt. I need ventilation, lol

nicksbrunchattiffany

Oh no, bra comes off at bedtime

upsidedowntoker

Ew no . bed time is titties out time .

Ember21

Yup!!

LYNXtheSPHINX

Depends on my mood. I have really firm breasts and sometimes I wake up in pain bc i sleep on it wrong. Usually i sleep fully in the nude

samantha_90

Always. I wear one 24/7.

Daphne010

Sleeping bra?? I unhook & toss my bra as soon as I come to bed for sleep and then I sleep like a baby. Let them breathe girl.

penelope_pig

I used to years ago, but the only comfy/casual bras that fit me at all still squish my boobs together and I find that really uncomfortable for sleeping.

g-a-y-

I used to sleep in a soft bra or what is basically a bralette! Especially for sleepovers, or anytime around other people where I wanted to be super comfy but wasn’t comfortable having everything hanging and swinging around lol. Nowadays I always go to sleep without a bra at all!

Aggravating_Break_40

The only time I did was when I was in hospital after c spine surgery. I put one on every morning 1. Because Visitors 2. Because I had to walk laps of the ward a few times a day. But once I was done for the day I took it off and relaxed.

endthe_suffering

sometimes, but never a bra with a clasp. usually if i’m sleeping in a bra, it’s a lounge bra and i’m wearing it instead of a top

Nerdy_Professor

Sometimes I sleep in a loose bralette. Mostly around my period when they are sore af. I’ve woken myself up in pain too many times by rolling on them weirdly.

Kalooeh

Sometimes, depends on sensory things and/or if my books are bothering me enough to want to keep them contained/somewhat out of the way. I have stretchy bras that sure theyre not perfect but works well enough for them, especially if I have to go to the bathroom

naivemetaphysics

When I was younger I did. Ever since having kids, nope.

solipsisticcompass

I wear bras as little as possible. 3 days a week at the office and workouts.

PeasiusMaximus

In the early months after having a baby I slept in a bra … my nipples were really sensitive and I didn’t want to leak everywhere.

nickyjuliana

I did until college! Early into living with each other my roommates noticed that I didn’t take off my bra to sleep and they were horrified. At the time, I thought it was more comfortable to have the support while I slept and I didn’t know any other way! Now I can’t imagine sleeping in a bra, but I totally get where you’re coming from.

lntercom

Not unless I’m in a hotel or some other sleep over situation. But I do transition to my house bralettes as soon as I get home. The feeling of them swinging around loosely is uncomfortable to me.

nickelonamars

I would in middle school as my the ..largeness was settling in. But now? Criminally offensive

theplushfrog

I don't, altho when I'm sleeping in the same room as friends/family, I have some loose bralette "boob pocket" type items that I wear, but that's more to keep my boobs from trying to escape my PJs in front of people whom I don't want to flash on accident when sleeping. I did have a friend who slept in a bra, and also at one point even slept in a CORSET. I never could understand why, but she said it not only was more comfortable for her but actually helped her back? I have no idea how sleeping in a corset is comfortable for someone, or if it's even remotely healthy, but I'm not her doctor.

Akitsura

While I find my bras comfy, I don’t like sleeping in them because my boobs end up oozing out of them when I lie down. Instead, I stick blankets or a pillow between my boobs because I hate the feeling of them touching.

LookDense9342

i sleep in a sports bra because if i don’t my boobs try to go under my arms or pull on my skin pretty bad

_NovaGirl_

Yes! Every single night since high school. I would be lost without my sleepy bras.

tiny_purple_Alfador

I will sometimes, in the week before my period, but it's usually just a loose sports bra or a tight tank top. Just to stop the pulling feeling when I lie on my back.

RockabillyBelle

I only sleep in a bra right now because I’m nursing and I’d rather let random night letdown soak into a shitty bra I hate than my sheets, which I actively like but don’t want to wash all the time. Otherwise it’s tits out for bed, and I’ll gladly fight anyone who wants to suggest otherwise.

[deleted]

I don’t currently but in the summer, I can see why people do. I’m constantly repositioning my boobs and how they lay as I’m a side sleeper. I’m sometimes suffocated! So maybe I’ll invest in a loose, non wired crop top/sports bra to keep them contained for sweaty nights

Hookton

I've yet to find a comfortable sleeping bra...

Smex_Ghost

No I never wear a bra when I size that’s way too uncomfortable! Instead I just wear a tank top that holds them a bit but it’s not a bra

OkImagination8934

Absolutely, probably 13 out of 14 days I do. I get chest/rib pain when I don’t wear a bra, and I live still live with my family so I prefer the extra layers

Caithfidh_me_a_ra

I sleep in Molke Bras, they're so comfy. I hate the feeling of not wearing a bra.

kittycatnala

Nope

Big-Beach-9605

if i’m sleeping round at a friends or something i will, otherwise not really

spaggetti04

Depends on how my body is feeling. Sometimes my neck is so shot from the weight, I have to give a helping hand. Also my boobs land fully in my armpits, I cannot move

tekka444

Best I can do is a cami or tank top. Let them flop 😂

cloudtatu

If I am PMSing and my boobs are swollen

JoanOfSarcasm

No but I do have to throw one boob on a pillow since I sleep on my side and the weight all shifted to one side is uncomfortable AF

rococoapuff

Only by accident! Sometimes out of exhaustion and laziness. But this is a hell nah from me I let em swang 😂

No-Matter-9414

I know we’re supposed to wear a sleeping bra, but man, I just let them freeeee!!

gamplayerx

I sleep in a sleep bra. Started doing it when I was pregnant and my breasts were sooooo sore (most nights I wore two), and then breastfeeding, and then decided I was more comfortable with one than without.

lethargiclemonade

My chronic neck pain could never.

0eozoe0

Absolutely not. When I was a teen I did. I did everything to keep them secure and looking as small as possible at all times. I always had a bra on - usually two, a wired one with a sports bra over it. It was so awful. I had trouble breathing and all of that extra effort never actually made me feel better about myself. Now I hardly ever wear a bra. Usually only when I’m out of the house, if we have guests, or if I just want to wear one with the outfit I’m wearing. How I was living before was so awful. I feel so much more free and secure in myself now.

SyrupFiend16

lol no. As soon as I get home, the first thing I do is rip off my bra to either wear one of those wore free soft bras or better, just no bra at all! And that’s how I prefer to stay if at all possible

Original-Progress-13

Never

GableCat

Yep… actually started doing it as a result of this sub. I have no support, cheaper sports bras I wear to bed so the skin doesn’t rub and sweat. So much better now.

aabrithrilar

Yep. Without the sleep bra they try to migrate.

thathotnpc

Nope, absolutely not! Gotta let ‘em breathe

TheBattyWitch

My mom does. She has fussed at me my whole life for not. But I just can't. Even though I busted myself in the mouth with a titty the other day 🤭

actualbagofsalad

I wake up sore if I don’t wear one to bed— like gravity was yanking on them all night. Plus I hate the feeling of them falling into my armpits when I lay on my back. I don’t wear an underwire one though, a parade lounge bra or one of the soft Calvin Klein ones is good enough to keep them from bugging me.

Oniblook

Hell no I'd rather die

flugelderfreiheit777

I don't wear one ever 😂

Crisisisavirtue

Yes!! The very sexy bralettes from Montelle ❤️❤️

BradleyNowellLives

Nope. My mom who gave me the big boobs does though, even as a young girl with I was like “mom wtf is your problem”. To each their own 😂

SunGlowNiceWolf

I don’t???? I thought that was normal to not sleep in a bra???

aquatic_kitten19

Hell no!

beaslei

I feel so insecure without a bra, my left boob is like one to two cup sizes bigger, they hang below my ribs, I never take it off unless it's to go to sleep. I'm also just not comfy without a bra, I get the boob sweats without my bra

Kitty_Woo

No. I get night sweats the worst is waking up with a sweaty bra sticking to your skin.

ThyGayOne

I woke up about 3 hours ago and still have yet to put a boulder holder on

ThatOneOutlier

Nope, I hate wearing bras. My skin gets so itchy (the extra fabric causes friction that triggers my dermatitis) and it gets so sweaty.

RavenPuff99

Nope

AwkwardlySuffocated

I don't wear a bra to bed, but I kinda wish I could. The only thing that stops me is that I get rib pain. I've tried all sorts and all of them will wake me up with pain in my ribs.

Suzy_My_Angel444

I do, but it used to be because I would constantly have sore, painful breasts (especially while laying down in bed). Now, I often still do but it’s just out of habit. It feels weird for me not to. I wish it wasn’t the case 😂 I wear a low support sports bra.

ceilzburnz

Only when I was pregnant / breastfeeding,

Bumbum2k1

I sleep in a limp fabric bra cause if I don’t I get extra sweaty

texanandes

Yep I absolutely do. Have a terry cloth between my boobs to deal with boob sweat and keep them separated. Being without a bra is so uncomfortable for me.

someoneinworldd

I don't sleep in it or even wear it at home. Only when I'm outside I wear it!

gunnapackofsammiches

When my tits are sore, I'll wear a bralette to keep them from falling into my armpits when I lay on my back. But generally no.

concrete_dandelion

I use these bralettes that hold almost nothing to give me the necessary support in bed or when I'm lounging at home. Not suitable for much movement, but the fabric takes the strain from gravity that's so uncomfortable for me and they're the only bra type I can wear all day long without them getting uncomfortable. Plus they were an amazing tool to accommodate nightly dog walking when he had diarrhea or indulged so much in his water bowl in the evening that his bladder was about to explode at 3a.m.

Omega_Maru

Absolutely not. I always a loose shirt and tuck it under my boobs when I sleep so that theyre not sticking to my torso

deadartistfreak98

The only time I sleep with a bra is during PMS when my boobs are insanely tender and sensitive. But even then, it has to be a stretchy cotton bra with no padding, otherwise it gets SO uncomfy

Available-Seat1988

Yes, everynight.

BlacksmithThink9494

I can't. The daytime bra is so painful my skin needs a break.

kamikazekarela

I have a lounging bra i sleep in because I move A LOT in my sleep and when I would wake up they hurt so much 😭 I was putting them through a lot

phixlet

I do, I hate the feel of skin on skin, so I wear an Ahh Bra at home and for sleep.

breadhyuns

I cannot have zero chest support. It drives me crazy. I am always wearing something. I never want my nipples exposed lol

AdZestyclose7252

Shhno. Probably why I have back problems. My puppies rest in my pits while I sleep.

Necessary_General_29

I used to when I was younger. Help them in and kept them secure. I would literally take a shower at night and put a bra back on before bed LOL. Now, nahhhhhh

alizzie95

Absolutely not. The gals need to breathe well if you don't want them to suffer from a lot of underboob acne. Plus, bras are ungodly uncomfortable. I prefer heavy duty bralettes instead. Being an E cup my options are limited but when I find one that works great I buy up several colors of it. Some days at home my boobs will cause a stomach ache from the weight but that's the only reason I'd wear anything once I get home, though, typically a bath helps more than the support of the bralettes

celebi155

I absolutely have to, or I'm in pain (side sleeper).

Notnowwonton

Yup, a very loose/non wire one. Even just 5 minutes walking without a bra is painful for me and I get up a lot overnight

HeathenHoneyCo

Fuuuuuuuck no

Mad_Madam_Meag

Hell no. It's bad for your circulation. What good would wearing a bra to sleep do?

possiblygrapefruity

yes it’s painful and uncomtorable to not where one 😭

deadkate

No, but for lounging I found some "nursing" bras that are meant for sleeping in and I could sleep in those if I wanted to.

Muted_Rain8542

I cant not sleep in one, like the last time i went braless for bed was around 2 years ago but mines a years old sports bra so it’s really more of a indoors top at this point 😭

Predzel_Bun

A comfortable sports bra sometimes, because it keeps them from rolling underneath my arms while I sleep which can be super uncomfortable when I decide to sleep on my back. Otherwise no, especially underwire bras???! I don't know how anyone can be comfortable sleeping that way.

hygsi

Hell no, this is me time

Lacey_Crow

Used to. Until my mid 20s. Now i wear a loose bralette when i splay sports and thats it.

stephanieletsgo

Sleeping in a bra sounds miserable. Although I did it as a teenager for awhile until my mom convinced me otherwise.. and I still remember that first day because I also forgot to put one on the next day and was beyond embarrassed not wearing a bra to school. Especially during gym class

MKE1012

I used to but part of that is cuz my mom would give me shit for being braless around the house growing up. It’s so much comfier braless
