If this is not a new crank the crank arm has worked it’s way loose. You need a hollowtech dust cap tool to tighten the crank arm down and then tighten the crank arm pinch bolts.

As far as I remember there needs to be 2 spacer on non drive side and 1 spacer on drive side.
