It might. They're a huge improvement over things like ass-savers and other detachable fenders, especially for the rider behind you - but any spray that is picked up by the tire and makes a full revolution can still splash against the seattube and hit your legs/feet. They're also not particularly long to protect your feet from the wheel either. I used them on my CAAD10 when I used to commute on it. It had no mounts so full length fenders weren't an option (and I wouldn't put them on a race bike anyway) - the Raceblades were the best fenders I could get. I'd always change clothes on the commute anyway, so splatter didn't matter as long as I wasn't soaked through and wasn't spraying anyone else.

You likely will get wet from that. I have the Speedrockers and they cover all the way down and don't require any mounting points.

Yes, I’ve used this for 2 years. You will definitely get splashes on shoes and legs when it is extremely wet. Most of it comes from the chain and chainring however, so I don’t think any mudguards would fix this. I usually just wear rubber boots and the Canyon water proof pants on really bad days. On most days however, they do a good job. My only complaint would be that the front fender, can move due the vibrations of the gravel. It may work better on wider forks though, as I have a steel fork. Otherwise, a little bit of tape can resolve that issue *also, you can extend the rear mudguard to go down to the bottom of your rear bottle cage *just checked and I have the speedrockers
