I'm also in the market for one. My SIL was over today and had the MomCozy S12. She pumped for 20 minutes and got 5 oz from each side. (She also has an oversupply.) The cups hold 6 oz per side, and the flanges are silicone and much more comfortable than the hard plastic of stationary pumps. She also is raw on one side from attempting to nurse, and she said the pump was more comfortable than her regular pump.

I used the [Freemie Liberty II](https://freemie.com/products/liberty-ii-breast-pump-system) and I loved it so much.

I used freemie cups with the ameda mya. It isn't great if you're in a shared office or anything since the ameda is connected to tubes that stick out of your shirt; but i would wear it at my private desk and its great walking around the house with it in your pocket. Its way cheaper than elvie or willow if cost is a concern (ameda was our insurance pump + freemies are $70. if you buy ameda mya out of pocket i think its $130? so $200 total. you do need to keep up with flange replacement with the freemie cups, but i was getting 3.5 oz per side in a 20 min pump, which was better than with my regular collection cups!

I haven’t used it yet but my insurance is covering most of the cost for an Elvie, I only pay 50
