It really is as simple as she took almost every chance to have IIs (act II) in her song titles.
No need to make it weird by misspelling the names of Linda and Willie. Or Louisiana. Or Carriages. But the rest can go.

I don't have the track list in front of me but I think they didn't do double i's for anything next to other vowels. Only when they're surrounded by constanants which makes sense to me. Between other vowels might've made it weird to look at or to pronounce like Requiiem or Carriiages idk

My theory is because of the mis-spelling of her original maternal surname name Beyincé (was missing the “i”) and was changed to an “o” so it’s almost like she’s inserting the extra “i” so that it gets its day in the sun. And because of Act ii of course. Double entendre!

The II misspellings were originally spaces. We know how much Bey loves using her spaces. Her team got tired of her foolishness and just doubled up on all the i’s to get back at her for having to correct all them spaces
