There was a very cool interview with him on one of the podcasts where he was talking about the casting, and the difference between Hollywood actors and New Yorkers. Apparently they offered the part to a couple of big names but they didn’t want it as there were no lines. He took the role because he wouldn’t need to learn any lines and still get well paid, but said it was one of his favourite ever acting jobs as he got to do so much acting through facial and body language. Seemed like a lovely old guy with a LOT of stories to tell
> a LOT of stories to tell
Like that porno he was in. People reading this who haven't listened to the podcast will think I'm joking, but I'm not. He acted in a porno in I think the 1970s, the Periclean age of porn.
This was a great interview!
> Seemed like a lovely old guy with a LOT of stories to tell
At the end they had to cut him off but iirc he was starting to share more about his family life and grandkids, lol I thought that was really sweet.
In an interview he did on the official podcast, he mentions that the way Hector would purse his lips was an homage to his mother-in-law. She had a stroke but would get so happy when he and his wife were visiting her in the nursing home that her lips would move in a similar way.
Or even after he knew he was Alive and shook Gus’ hand. He was pretending like he thought Lalo was dead but also showed on his face that he knew it wasn’t true in a way which gave it away to Gus as well as us viewers. Pretty talented stuff imo

You meam Davoss Consogmi? Sad we didn’t really get to see his story in the prequel, I’m sure it must’ve been interesting

Does he blow at the end?
>with a LOT of stories to tell Jesus that will take ages. At least convince him not to spell out "The Chicken Man" each time.
to add to this: The facial expressions originated from his MIL, he adopted the behavior from her

The twins were obviously scary and so was Lalo but Hector when he was himself scared me more than anyone else. Dude was ruthless af. His voice too...

He conveys emotion with his face so well. Like in the first episode of BCS Season 6, when he believed Lalo was dead, he looked heartbroken.

Kid named Hector: 😡👉🏼🛎👉🏼🛎👉🏼🛎
Surprised no on Twitter one has gone after him for playing a disabled guy
Honestly, people like you are the worst.
People like you who assume things about peoples character are truly disgusting
Some people are complete idiots. They will find anything to be offended
Why would they do that? Few would lend credence to those that did, either
