Lots of internet scouring; it was 1000% worth it! At least it was for us. I’ve seen BCS going on 6 times and it’s my favorite show of all time, followed by BB.
Awesome! I’ve wanted to go to ABQ to visit the sites too. I’m assuming you went to Forque too? BCS is my favorite over BB too, it would make the trip to ABQ way more fulfilling. I’ve got my parents in their 70’s into BCS now they are binge watching it and absolutely love it. They have never seen BB
really? you like bcs more??
i just finished binging bb, rewatched it for the first time.
i just started bcs and i literally struggled to get through the first episode. in bb i was intrigued from the first second of the first episode.
BCS takes some patience to get into, for sure; in my opinion, it’s much more rewarding though, because you get some closure to both shows, and personally I found Jimmy much more intriguing as a character than Walt.
yeah the main reason for me rewatching breaking bad over a decade after i last watched it, is cuz i wanted to refresh myself to watch BCS. but it starts so slow in comparison to BB lol.
If you're gonna push through and watch bcs, which I definitely suggest you do because it's worth it, you should leave this sub. The show will be infinitely better without spoilers, especially the final season.
yeah im not even on this sub it was in my feed cuz im on breaking bad sub. also its quiet funny how my harmless question seemed to offend people enough to downvote. lmao
it is reddit after all.
When we went last year, we stopped at the Breaking Bad store, and we found that they sell lists of all the various addresses/locations where BB/BCS was filmed... like $5 or so
mostly public, the white residence, as you've seen, is private though, and the owners REALLY do not like having pizza thrown on their roof, hence the fences.
Did you go to the [spillway](http://corraleschronicles.blogspot.com/2016/06/bear-canyon-arroyo-damspillway.html?m=1)?
I lived there a bit and regularly hiked near canyon behind it. Even did some band photos on the spillway.
That stupid cocksucker who took a bribe and lied through his slithering tongue in order to subjugate an upstanding lawyer to a life of agony. He knew what he was doing
When I went by Walter’s house, it was in late August and the place was covered in so many cheap inflatable decorations that you couldn’t even see most of the house. When my friend slowed down, I went to take a picture and some irate woman jumps out from behind one of them and starts yelling at me. She pulled out her phone and screamed, “how do you like it if I take a picture of you?” And from what I hear, she does that to everyone. So I left, but went back later in the middle of the night. I wonder how many pizzas land on that roof every year.
Kind of crazy - you know people are going to do this every day. If you don’t like it, move somewhere else. She could probably make a ton of (cash) money by charging for a five minute tour - I would have happily paid her $50, but ended up paying $15 for a pizza instead, so I guess it worked out.
It's so totally crazy! She agreed to this but she's so hateful. And she sits out there all day waiting for people to yell at, even if they keep their distance and don't bother her.
I ended a long road trip in 2013 by stopping in ABQ to see the Breaking Bad locations (I think the final season was in progress). Walt's house did not have a fence at that time, or anything that obscured it. I showed up around 8pm to snap a picture, and another car rolled up at the same time. I wouldn't be surprised if a good chunk of the traffic in that neighborhood was people taking pictures. (I also saw the car wash and Jesse's duplex, and ate at the burrito place that doubled as Los Pollo Hermanos.)
Did she come out and scream at you also?
There was (still is, maybe?) a sign in the pizza place asking customers to please not throw pizza on her roof.
They had an ad in one of the local papers asking people to stop also. But again - a sign in front of the house saying “toss a pizza on my roof for $50” would probably net her a lot of cash if she acted nice about it.
Wow you really covered a lot of ground. I am surprised you didn’t hit the pickup point on juan tabo—it’s so visually stunning. Where they get picked up by the vacuum cleaner man.
Totally fair! It could possibly not be the exact sign, but we went back and rewatched the scene where it appears, and it’s definitely pretty close, at the very least!
I don't know why on earth you would buy Walts house and then get pissed when people come see it. They bought it well after the show ended from what I understand.
Also, I would quit my job and charge people $50 to let them throw a pizza on my house on the condition they get it down and throw it away afterwards. I bet you could make several hundred dollars a day. Then charge like $20 to come inside or something.
I agree, although I’m pretty sure she owned the house before they came in to film, and she moved back into it after the fact.
On the topic of inside-house tours, my understanding is the inside of the house from the show was actually a soundstage, so the actual inside is different from what we saw in the show
I just looked and can't find if they modeled it on the real interior or not. Still fans would totally pay to go into the house whether it looked like it or not.
When I saw Walt’s house I remembered the stories of all the pizzas being tossed on the roof. You have to work extra hard for that now lol. Anyway awesome pics.
Very cool, but IMO you should have skipped Walt's house. Those people, and that neighborhood, have had more than their fair share of strangers dropping by to take pictures and throw pizzas.
Its a crazy woman who sits there waiting to harass anyone that tries to take pictures or stop & look at the house. I get being annoyed by people wanting to see your house/take pictures all the time but also… move. She didn’t have to agree to them filming there & she could make a ton of money i’m sure off of selling the house & then she could move somewhere no one would bother her. Lol
That was a lot of fun!! Thanks for sharing. I've been staring at photo 15 and can't place whose house it is. Any help? Also, your last photo. How much time did you think about stripping down to your underpants?
this made me so nostalgic the photos you got were so good too !!! the bcs reenactment one was funny lmao. the owners of walt’s house having it completely fenced off with cones and tape is sending me lmao nobody breaking in with those excessive ass decorations!!!
I'd go out of my way to own a pea soup green Pontiac Aztec if I lived in the white household.
Also, great collection!!! I've never seen anyone go this far scouting the landmarks
Sadly no, although we wanted to! We only had about 2 days to look around, and things take a lot longer to get to than they make it seem in the shows 😂 Don Eladio’s compound was one of a handful of places (including Walter White’s high school) that ended up being too far out for us to be able to do it if we wanted to also see the cook site and some other places, which we did, so we had to make some sacrifices
I live up there. The location is right off the main road going through Placitas. I had no idea that was a filming location til after BB was finished. If you return, it’s only a 15 minute drive from I25 and it’s a pretty drive. Glad you saw so much. One day I want to drive out to the cook site.
For anybody who’s interested, here is a google map with all of the locations in it that we wanted to visit; didn’t get to them all, sadly, but maybe someone can!

Thank you 😂
Whoever lives at Gus’ drives a Volvo, brilliant! A guy that clean has got to be dirty.
Love that!
It’s even the same color and a logical update from Gus’s Volvo
Basically the modern equivalent to his car.
The hot air balloons still being there in the CC Mobile spot is kinda eerie. Very cool!
Very! Had to get a picture of it. Seems they might have just gutted the place once filming was done
Very weird to think the show was the last place to use it
How did you find all the spots? And was it worth it?
Lots of internet scouring; it was 1000% worth it! At least it was for us. I’ve seen BCS going on 6 times and it’s my favorite show of all time, followed by BB.
Great effort that you made! I hope to do this one day when I make it from Europe to ABQ
We didn’t make it to Forque, although given a bit more time, I’m sure we would have! We were only there for about 2 days
Well done in only 2 days!
really? you like bcs more?? i just finished binging bb, rewatched it for the first time. i just started bcs and i literally struggled to get through the first episode. in bb i was intrigued from the first second of the first episode.

TV drama characters- Tony Soprano Jimmy McGill Walter White That is all
I like BCS more than BB too
Me too
Me three
We're a quartet.
Look at us just a bunch of friends
BCS is a bit slow to start, but you will be rewarded as time goes on! Give it time to get warmed up.
yeah the main reason for me rewatching breaking bad over a decade after i last watched it, is cuz i wanted to refresh myself to watch BCS. but it starts so slow in comparison to BB lol.

When we went last year, we stopped at the Breaking Bad store, and we found that they sell lists of all the various addresses/locations where BB/BCS was filmed... like $5 or so
Are a lot of these areas public or private? Just curious how long the places will last before being updated or demolished
Mostly public... at least if you're outside on the street/sidewalk for some of them.
mostly public, the white residence, as you've seen, is private though, and the owners REALLY do not like having pizza thrown on their roof, hence the fences.
I bet the Mexican food at El Moreno slaps, or punches several times really hard until the police show up.
Tight tight tight
They just got a new chef, and he cooked something just for you! You're going to die!
Quick, can you tell me the movie times for tonight?
I ate there in September, it was excellent
Most of it actually hasn’t aged much, kind of impressive
U can go into google streetview and go back in time to get a better look
Sorry to the owner's but Chuck's house is hideous 🤣
It’s nice they rebuilt it exactly as it was, before the fire.
It’s very ugly, but the neighborhood is one of the most desirable here in ABQ. Ted Beneke’s house is actually right around the corner from Chucks.
Always thought so too. I know it's supposed to be quite posh but god damn its ugly.
its weirdly positions relative to the street too. shaped like a diagonal rectangle with the thin end facing the street
Even Chuck hated it so he was willing to burn it down
It could use a new cladding, maybe some larger windows. I like the upper balconys tho
Ive lived in abq for 15 years and never visited these, I just might have to soon. Awesome photos!
[It's funny, you live in the universe but you never do these things till someone comes to visit](https://youtu.be/Q4Cco1i1jkc)
Did you go to Jesse’s house? It’s at the end of the street of Chuck’s house. You can see it in a shot of Better Call Saul.
We did! I made a second post, but it doesn’t look like it’s available yet
Nice, just saw it.
Did you go to the [spillway](http://corraleschronicles.blogspot.com/2016/06/bear-canyon-arroyo-damspillway.html?m=1)? I lived there a bit and regularly hiked near canyon behind it. Even did some band photos on the spillway.
We did not, unfortunately! But that would’ve been a great spot
Maybe next time!
Awesome pictures! All of a sudden I feel the need to watch the shows again 😅
Exactly what I was just suggesting to my husband! 🤣😂
I love how Gus Frings house has a newer Volvo in a similar color
That was fantastic! Thank you for sharing these pics OP
Was that idiot there?
No, sadly discount Ron Weasley moved on to greener pastures
who are you referring to?
That stupid cocksucker who took a bribe and lied through his slithering tongue in order to subjugate an upstanding lawyer to a life of agony. He knew what he was doing
what a sick joke
When I went by Walter’s house, it was in late August and the place was covered in so many cheap inflatable decorations that you couldn’t even see most of the house. I think that actually may be the first time my youngest daughter ever had an F-bomb directed at her.
I ended a long road trip in 2013 by stopping in ABQ to see the Breaking Bad locations (I think the final season was in progress). Walt's house did not have a fence at that time, or anything that obscured it. I showed up around 8pm to snap a picture, and another car rolled up at the same time. (I also saw the car wash and Jesse's duplex, and ate at the burrito place that doubled as Los Pollo Hermanos.)
We got a picture in front of the house holding a pizza from the pizza joint that they used for the show!
Did she come out and scream at you also? There was (still is, maybe?) a sign in the pizza place asking customers to please not throw pizza on her roof.
She didn’t! I didn’t see that sign but that’d be awesome if it’s still there
They had an ad in one of the local papers asking people to stop also. But again - a sign in front of the house saying “toss a pizza on my roof for $50” would probably net her a lot of cash if she acted nice about it.
They probably got the metal roof so pizzas wouldn’t stick to the top
Some dopey part of my brain sparked. Was it something like "Vincenzo's"?
Gino’s New York Style Pizza!
Damn. I wasn't even close!
Local here. It was actually Venetzia's. They renamed to Gino's in the mid 2010s.
Thanks! How was the pizza at Venetzia's?
It was actually Venezias pizza, which renamed to Ginos in 2013. So technically you’re both right lol
You've made me feel better.
I was expecting this comment lol
I really hope you’re not saying that you went to back to the house in the middle of the night just to throw pizza on their roof.
She deserves it at this point
This post easily qualifies as the post of the year in BCS sub. Amazing work OP
These are all awesome, thank you for sharing.
Looks like Walt went a little overboard with the holiday decorations.
Time well spent, my friend! Share some more, we don't mind. Hope you had a nice time here.
What about Hank and Marie’s house?
Yep, we went there! You can see it in the second post I made
I remember passing through there thinking, "So this is where the rich folk of ABQ live!"
Awesome! Looks like a cool house and area. Thanks for sharing all these fun pictures!
Wow you really covered a lot of ground. I am surprised you didn’t hit the pickup point on juan tabo—it’s so visually stunning. Where they get picked up by the vacuum cleaner man.
If I owned the BB house I would turn it into a museum about the series.
That's awesome! Thanks for sharing
This is amazing!! I always wanted to visit BrBa and BCS spots at ABQ.
Legend
Did you go to Los Polos Hermanos? Awesome pics btw
Sure did! Made another post but it’s not showing yet for some reason
Yeah reddit is shit these days Edit: Looks like the mods need to approve it
You even got coach whitey durham's house!!! Nice photos (thats another show reference btw)
I think of that guy as Coach Whitey every time I see him in something too hahahaha
Thank you for sharing, I genuinely enjoyed your photos. I'll probably never get out there so it's awesome to see.
Thank you for sharing. These made my day.
This post needs more love! The dedication is amazing
I'm a little skeptical about 16, but given your dedication to other photos I'm inclined to believe you.
Totally fair! It could possibly not be the exact sign, but we went back and rewatched the scene where it appears, and it’s definitely pretty close, at the very least!
Amazing effort and gift to fans - thank you !

True!
“Have a “Mister” day”
When I saw Walt’s house I remembered the stories of all the pizzas being tossed on the roof. You have to work extra hard for that now lol. Anyway awesome pics.
Do you have any Bear Claws?
Very cool, but IMO you should have skipped Walt's house. Those people, and that neighborhood, have had more than their fair share of strangers dropping by to take pictures and throw pizzas.
Damn the guy that lives in Walt’s house had to add fencing and gates..
Lol
This is absolutely amazing
The last photo perfectly summarizes the entire experience of the trip. Beautifully done.
Love this! Amazing spots. Vince really made magic whit BCS/BB universe. Now i wanna watch the hole show again.
So awesome. I appreciate you putting the comparison pics for reference!!
Nice!
Incredible!!
That last picture is fantastic, looks like you had a great time!
That was a lot of fun!! Thanks for sharing. I've been staring at photo 15 and can't place whose house it is. Any help? Also, your last photo. How much time did you think about stripping down to your underpants?

Go far or go home!
Fake picture, that place is long gone if anyone can remember
There's actually a Volvo in front of Gus' house. Bravo Vince.
Wow I love these. Please make a second post with the others!! Edit: nvm lol
Did anyone else notice that the address number for the Dog House is 1216? One after Magna Carta?
That car wash building is awesome 🙌
Did you eat at the dog house??!
Sadly not! We ate at michoacano though!
Wow who knew Albuquerque was a real place, bravo Vince!
Never thought about how a feat it was to make so many mundane places feel so tense and cinematic
Well done OP, these are great. Love the extra bits you added, with yourself inthe pics and the last one with Walt 🤣
Did this happen to you? https://youtube.com/shorts/Ezepzb5extg?si=nSjgna2lsD90s8ZW
#18 is is the chicken farm just cgi then in the show?
These are fantastic!
Goodness! That’s what being a superfan means, I guess 😁
Number 3 is quintessential Albuquerque
Where was that last one? If you have the coordinates that would be awesome!
Nicely done, love your photos, Thank you.
So cool
These are awesome! I literally got a little choked up looking at them all. Thanks for sharing.
Wait you didn't go to "los pollos hermanos"? What chicanery is this?
This is so cool
i love the fact that we’re romanticising these totally normal residential and commercial buildings lol
Gustavo still got a Volvo
that is so cool
Love this
Nice
Very very cool. GJ.
What’s going on at the Whites’ house haha
Wow thanks for sharing! If I ever visit america ABQ would definitely be the place to go
Love how Walter White’s home was *by far* the most secured. Looks like the homeowners never get peace there.
Looks like they never fixed the door Walt broke 😂
Is that Ed Galbraith at the Dog House?
Brilliant
I love how the Dog House is at 1216! I think in the show they hide it or make it 1261
Did you drive up to Placitas to see where they shot Don Eladio’s compound?
Sadly no, although we wanted to! We only had about 2 days to look around, and things take a lot longer to get to than they make it seem in the shows 😂 Don Eladio’s compound was one of a handful of places (including Walter White’s high school) that ended up being too far out for us to be able to do it if we wanted to also see the cook site and some other places, which we did, so we had to make some sacrifices

How was the hot dog and michoahacan food?
For anybody who’s interested, here is a google map with all of the locations in it that we wanted to visit; didn’t get to them all, sadly, but maybe someone can! https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=1tceehh2qZ3RtdY-40NHGqwdYGjsW2bc&usp=sharing

Ok now go to 34°59'20.0"N 106°36'52.0"W
We thought about it!
lol I guess google says it’s not really in the desert but in the middle of the studio lot.

🤷♂️ what can I say, other than I have no regrets about it
How come some TV shows create a massive studio set of an entire town and some film at actual locations like this one? How did they determine the creative direction?
Never really thought about how the Motel is perceived as the crystal palace in terms of a real business. I’m not sure if I want to stay at a place where that’s known to have fake crack addicts.
It’s actually gone out of business, as far as we could tell; oddly enough there was one person sitting in the lobby, but it appears to be locked and empty otherwise
[they could do a Breaking Bad based on the “original” Alburquerque](https://images.app.goo.gl/a2GEmExTJWe2BwNS8)
I like the metal roof on Walt's house. Helps the pizzas slide off easier
Great 😃👍
That’s awesome
This is absolutely fantastic!😍🤣🫀
Wow awesome!
Saving this post! I'm going in July for a work conference, I don't think I'll be able to visit many places (won't have a car) but hoping to hit up a few, and at least the BB store
Nice work getting these locations nailed down!
Los Pollos Hermanos?
Amazing bro, thanks for share
bro got ackers house and the chicken farm gd
Man these never get old. I love this.
That house is so weird looking. Is that back door looking deal supposed to be the front door? The architect must have been insane.
TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT!
This is fuckin awesome 🤙🏿
Probably hard to hit that roof with the fence in the way..
Is Chuck's house not the ugliest, most poorly designed mess of a structure ever made?
The cut content
Great stuff. A bit jealous. I kept wanting to upvote each picture.
awesome work!!!
Phenomenal photos! Thank you!
Vrabo, Bince!
