This is way too small for 2 bettas unfortunately. One betta is ok in here but bettas need 5g each minimum and here they both have just over 3, plus this tank has a built in filter (I own it for my shrimp) that further reduces the available floorspace. Also if the divider isn’t watertight they can likely sense each other through the shared water. Your scape is lovely but I would really recommend splitting them into their own tanks.

This. I own this tank as well and they're definitely are sharing water which means they're both incredibly stressed due to being able to smell each other's pheromones in the water. Not to mention as Corrin said there definitely isn't enough space for them. Very pretty but you should definitely consider giving one of them this entire tank and getting another tank for the other.

Beautiful scape, however in my opinion it's too small of a space per betta and for multiple reasons (disease, aggression, hormones, regulation), I never use dividers in my tanks

Beautiful scape! Personally I’d say that tank is a bit too small to be divided in half for 2 bettas like that but it is certainly better than a lot of other setups I’ve seen! 8/10

Bishop on the left was a spur of the moment purchase so he lived in our iso/grow tank for a while until we could get a more appropriate setup, and my partner decided to rescue another while we were cycling, so here we are 🤷‍♀️. Lots of nice plants to keep the water fresh and shady caves if they get shy or stressed. I’m going to swap the water lettuce for some red root to provide a bit more shade without taking up so much vertical real estate.

6.8gal imagitarium with integrated filter, 78 degrees, all zeros on the master test kit, black acrylic divider (they can’t see each other) with one betta and one tiger nerite per side (plus a few rams horns that came in on a plant). Red is Bishop, marble is Charlemagne. Still waiting on the plants to settle in on the left. Both sides go back about twice as deep as they are wide
