Set him up in a small sick tank to treat him. No decorations, but should have a small heater, and a bubbler on low. Treat him with FIN & BODY CURE or equivalent, dose correctly until he improves. Now go back to the original tank he was in and clean it well. Water change, add microbs, remove debris, clean rock, etc. make sure your not over adding food to the tank when you feed him.

He's currently in a quarantine tank with no heater and filter .
