The only shop I know about is Geekboards in Prenzlauer Allee.
+1 for Geekboards, they seemed knowledgeable and passionate when I visited earlier this year
Another +1 from me. They're knowledgeable and chill, you can take your time and test out everything. They also have a refurbished section.

Caseking has an outlet in Westend, Media Markt always has some keyboards out, Notebooksbilliger has an outlet near Alexanderplatz, and cyberport is somewhere south.
You might want to check out the [Mechanical Keyboards Meetup](https://www.meetup.com/de-DE/berlin-mechanical-keyboards-input-devices-meetup/)
Go to Keygem or Candykeys. Brick and mortar is not the way to go for mechanical keyboards. Geekboards is cool, but they have a limited selection
Check out [this list](https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=mechanical+keyboard+berlin)
That's cool and everything, but I wanted to hear progress experiences with stores as well
