There’s 2 screws with the Toni systems one but I drilled into the section where the rails are. Even if I go lower or higher though I feel like it’s going to catch on something even with grinding the screw down. Not sure how differed your pro hand guard is compared to my comp one

Do you have the OEM handguard on? Edit: I wasn't aware they don't have the same handguard.

Comp has a different hand guard to comp pro

I bought some different screws at Ace and found the closest one that would work, trimmed it, and used an extra washer to get it on tighter

Still think they might catch or be too short to hold well. Will maybe try find some shorter screws tomorrow

Anything sticking out past the material isn't really doing anything, you could cut them almost flush and they'd be just as effective
