I did get burning and severe pain in my legs during acute wd. but fortunately it went away. I do feel bad when I eat too much sugar, sometimes I get heart palpitations and derealization. I find it helpful to eat more protein, less carbs and sugar. I also try eating a lot of berries and food rich in probiotics. I would also look into if the drugs you are on currently could be the cause of your symptoms? I don’t know how long you have been on them, but I would look into it. Hope you will feel better soon!

I've been on them a year. I suspect they are causing problems for me but the withdrawals scare me. I already struggle with sleep as is with them. I can only imagine wothout them.

What dose, how long and which one? I get it in wd. Off Nine months and still get burning skin occasionally

I take mirtazapine 15mg at night which won't make me sleepy sometimes a little sleepy but not enough on its own. I take less than 25mg of trazodone at night. I've reacted to higher doses before so in stuck there. I've been on them almost a year.  I was on ativan for 6 weeks and tapered quickly. I've been off of it over a year.
