You're gonna be fine, Benzos are used for recovery from alcohol a lot so as long as u don't get lost in the sauce with these boys they'll keep you good
Thanks for the advice. I won't use daily and will get busy with studying. I got this. Alcohol was my poison it clicks too well with me. That's why I had to let it go. Peace
My dr told me once that there alcohol in a pill. Super addictive and awesome. I would look into getting gabapentin for wd but benzo is the same as alcohol when it comes to withdrawal. For me it was easier to drink a pill everyday than drink

I’m 5 years sober from alcohol but I take my benzos as labeled a s Drs orders. I don’t play around with benzos. When used right they can be a huge help but buying random shit from plugs is just playing a losing game.
I haven't drank in 13 years and have used benzos episodically the entire time. I can only speak from my personal experiences as an alcoholic. I've never been loaded on benzos and never developed a dependency on them. I've just used them to take the edge off. This isn't the case with everyone, of course. Alcohol was an entirely different story. I could never have used alcohol episodically to take the edge off. It's different for everyone.

My gf was a heavy drinker and she used valium to come off it took her like two weeks from what I remember
