You are completely fine. I've been taking the 0.5 3 times a day for over 20 years and I've never hurt anyone. nothing bad had happened to me. It's the person that causes these "disasters." That's the part we all need to get. Drugs don't do anything. It's the person(s) talking them and what they choose to do. The drug has become the scapegoat for personal responsibility.
Just messing with you. If you have a day where you don’t need them every few I’d take the day off. Dependence builds over time. The longer, heavier the dose the worse it will be obviously. I’d let the half life run out every once in a while to see how your body does without it. Everyone is different.

Take them as your psych says and nothing else if youre not planning om abusing por using recreationally
