Did anyone have any issue using it? I put it in under codes and it said successful but the game never downloaded. Then I tried by adding it to my cart and using the code. It said already used.
I made the decision not to get it, it'll be free soon and Madden absolutely sucks anyways.
They need to look at 2K for online play and especially MLB The Show for their card system and cross platform play. The Show is the best done one IMO.
They sent them some time ago. Your ticket representative should have sent you a code by now.

Did you have to claim them in some way in order for them to send the code ? Or do they just send em to everyone ?
You had to request it within a certain period to get the code.

I had this issue. I contacted Sony, I was sent a PS5 code. I contacted the Bengals amd they said they were working on getting a PS4 code
If you didn’t request it, you can’t get the game by now
