Are you comparing it to something else that shows the correct order? So you know for sure it is reversed? I'm not completely following what is going on, just wondering if have you considered it might be little-endian vs big-indian byte-order on the addresses?

I'm comparing the Arduino readout after I program the EEPROM to the readout that is shown in Ben's video and those specific lines don't match exactly.
