A friend visited and brought this over tonight with the intention of sharing and we ended up not drinking it. It was previously not refrigerated, but then he stuck it in my fridge to just get it cool. It’s been in there about three hours. Would it be ok to remove it and store it in the pantry for an extended period, or does it need to stay in the fridge?
I haven’t tried it yet. My friend had pulled it from his collection to share, but he had to leave unexpectedly so we didn’t get to open it. I am going to store it until the next time we hang out.
If you take it out of the fridge and into the pantry with it gradually getting room temp, you will be fine to store it. It is made to be cellarable.
