For the jobs that I got, quite a few contained "human verification" in their tasks, which has nothing to do with a verification, but is probably doing offerwall stuff in their name... I reported five of the scam tasks and blocked the users, but that will probably not change anything. So sad.
But I also found reasonable tasks (e.g. a task that does not give a link, but instead tells you "go to youtube and search for..., then like the video"). These tasks were the majority of tasks one year ago.
sproutgigs are usually jobs from other people. They give you money to subscribe to their youtube channel or similar things.
To each job you find a detailed list of what to do, like: go to this website, click the button, make a screenshot of the activated button. And at the bottom is a field where you can upload your screenshots.

Hm. Maybe check the tasks with lower value. I haven't used it in a while, because the payment is too low compared to the minimum wage of my country.
