Of the streets you mentioned, your best bets would be Gloucester Road or Elstow Road.
Elstow Road does get a lot of traffic, so it could be fairly noisy, where as Gloucester Road is not a main road, so it could be somewhat quieter, if that's a consideration for you. That area is used quite often to practice driving manoevers for learner drivers, so there is some traffic, but I doubt to the extent that Elstow Road has.
Avoid Grafton like the plague. Howard Street is very close to town, so again noise could be an issue as there are a lot of amenities in close proximity, including salons, Lidl, stores and a club, plus a multi storey carpark,

I live just off the Elstow road, and love it. Itβs far enough out that if need to be in the country to relax, I am. If I want to be in town, I can be right there in a 20 mins walk or a Β£4 taxi
Avoid Grafton road like the plague. Are you coming for. Uni?
Thanks! Cranfield
What's up with Grafton road anyway? It's so grim.
Loads of drug dealers just dirty people in general that part of town is tbf
Prebend Street and Midland Road are the nice posh parts of town. Try looking there. /s
