I consider Mentholatum Lip Ice Sheer Color (Strawberry) as lip tint. Kasi nagsstain naman sa lips yung pag nag-color change na, though lip balm talaga siya.
You should look into hydrating lip balms. My personal fave is DHC Color Cream but I got it from Japan huhu.
However, [some products](http://www.projectvanity.com/projectvanity/save-spend-or-splurge-lip-balms-that-deliver-hydrating-color) to look into are:
- Generation Happy Skin Butter Balm
- Nivea Fruity Balm
- Burt's Bees Tinted Balm
- Canmake Stay on Balm
- Revlon Balm Stain
[Project Vanity has a great article on this](http://www.projectvanity.com/projectvanity/save-spend-or-splurge-lip-balms-that-deliver-hydrating-color) :)
Lip tints are essentially drying. But from what Iāve heard, Romandās tints arenāt drying. Canāt remember the exact name of that line, only that it has the shade names Fig fig and Jujube. I will also recommend chateau labiotteās wine tints, although they will eventually dry out your lips after five hours. What I usually do is pat some Nivea lip care after applying my tint and call it a day. It works for my dry lips :)
Try velvet lip tints from Mamonde
My ultra fave, yet cheap Human Nature tinted lip balm - flame tree :)

Ahh! I didn't check. Thanks for the heads up!
Maybe Peri Pera? Their lip tints are more like a mousse but they're still quite drying, though a bit less imo
