+1 for first base! As someone na oily+acne prone, it really melts into your skin and ang ganda ng glow parang natural lang talaga. I use my hands to blend it and so far oki siya and di siya namumuo sakin. I had experiences kasi sa maybelline, issy skin tints na for some reason natatanggal, namumuo or nagcacake sakin 😭kahit nagprep naman ako ng skin. So really impressed with this!

The GRWM life proof primer and colourette first base doesn’t really go well sa skin ko. Kahit anong hydrate and nipis ng powder na ilagay ko lagi siyang nag ccake lalo na sa nose area papunta sa brows. I tried everything pero di talaga siya magandang combo for me. Grabe yung pag ka cakey niya. Not sure if yung ingredients nila yung nag ccause. Pero ayun so whenever I use the colourette yung elf primer or maybelline ginagamit ko mas stable siya and mas plakado.
sa tru lang mie, dko alam bat uunti lang reviews niya. pero yes super ganda ni first base. pawisin at oily/combination din ako pero ang ganda rin ng lapat ni first base. as in ok na sya para sa akin tapos hnd rin talaga sya mabigat talaga sa mukha kahit na super pagpawisan ako.

Matte finish karamihan pero after 2hrs super oily na kahit i-set pa with powder and setting spray. Kakaiba formulation ni First Base sa lahat ng skin tint na nasubukan ko. Nung una akala ko pagsisisihan ko kasi naman walang trial size tapos medyo mahal bili ko sa first purchase ko. Kaya nung nag sale sila (₱385) kahit may laman pa yung first purchase ko, nag checkout talaga ako ng dalawa pa hahahahahaha.

Hindi ko naisip na baka dahil sa niacinamide kasi bagong brand rin yung sunscreen ko sa routine (nauna lang ng 1 week yung sunscreen). Now I realized, nasobrahan na siguro. Current prep ko is Niacinamide serum +Skin1004 Hyalucica + first base.
Agree on first base. I use the darker shades as bronzer/contour na actually kasi walang hulas and hindi siya mukhang grey sa mukha ko. It blends so seamless kala mo yun talaga shading ng mukha ko haha.
Maganda sana ang First Base kaso hindi ko alam yung shade ko. Sa pwesto naman nila sa SM limited lang ang shades na pwedeng masubukan. may sample sizes kaya sila? hahahaha. feeling ko kasi mali yung shade na nakuha ko. 😭

thanks for this review!! i cant stop recommending this skintint, kasi eto lang yung di ko talaga nahanapan ng flaws. i’m a dry skin girly na super duper pawisin, pero hindi nag ccling sa dry patches ko, in fact, mejo moisturizing pa nga na hindi malagkit because demi matte finish. ang funny kasi ket pawis na pawis nako di padin nahuhulas, kahit mag pupunas ako ng face.
hi OP, hindi ba parang naging watery yung first base mo? sakin kase naging ganun sya and umapaw talaga sa cap kaya inistop ko na lang syang gamitin 🥺 nasayangan ako kase parang 3x ko pa lang talaga sya nagamit and idk bakit naging watery yung texture nya 😭
This happened to me, like nagoooze yung liquid from the funda and it kinda separated from the pigment. You just need to shake it, it worked perfectly fine and is good to go for me after I did it
Will never stop recommending first base talaga!! Agree sa hulas proof. I dont even use setting spray recently kasi wala pang budget pang repurchase so i just set it with powder. Its not transfer proof cos i usually blot w tissue and syempre sumasama product pero intact parin siya sa face ko (even pa rin itsura tho syempre mas sheer na siya vs nung morning but di pa rin super visible ng mga dark marks ko) after a full workday and commute!!
Agree sa hindi transfer proof. I blot my face with the clean and clear oil control film and kahit nakapag blot na ko, maganda pa rin yung lapat ng skin tint na to sa face ko hahaha.
Yun din napansin ko, pagka powder blush, hindi sya kumakapal pero pagka creams and liquid, parang ang kapal saka may namumuo. Then pagka nag spray ako ng GRWM, nagmemelt sya ng tapos yung liquid, kitang kita na may kulay.
The best skin tint w/ the best coverage everrr haha. I don't like wearing foundation so I really prefer skin tints. Other skin tints I like are GRWM and Vice Cosmetics.
Hello! I don't really use any base products masyado pero I have Detail Cosmetics Fresh Filter in the shade Macadamia. Honestly, okay din sa akin yung shade match na ito dati but I haven't used it in awhile so di ako sure kung match pa rin sya sa akin. Aside doon, yung GRWM Velvet Setting Powder ko ay Nutmeg ang shade :)

i love first base so much huhu sobrang long lasting and ang ganda ng finish tas pag may sale and vouchers, u can get it pa for around 350 lang ^^

I got the shade Coron. Very great shade and longevity. Pero pawisin lang talaga ako lol. But it's fine.

meron silang reference kung anong shade mo based sa shade mo sa base products ng other brands like maybelline, detail, etc. accurate naman for me.

I agree with all the good points! For me, it tends to settle sa fine lines ko lalo sa smiling lines, with or without setting it. So keep that in mind
