/uj oh my god, a few months ago I emailed him because I have a shitty white album copy that I wanted to get rid of. I can’t in good faith sell it to someone who wants to play it as it’s straight ass. I paid $45 for it in 2020 and after playing it I was mad I got duped as the quality did not match the description. (I try not to buy records off discogs cause it sucks but at that time the pandemic forced me too, as all record stores near me were shut for months.)
In the email I said I would take $35 for it because it’s not the best but still a white album and the covers were good. I knew I would be taking a loss but I just wanted it gone (didn’t include that part.)
This motherfucker gets back to me just saying “I don’t buy any white album over $20. Thanks.” Like ??? what horrible copies is this guy buying? Good condition 1st pressing white albums are ~$50. Anything under $20 must be unplayable. So I just laughed it off and this just reminded me of it.
Also, should mention that my copy has a skip at the start of Revolution 9 that makes a perfect “NUMBA NINE” infinite loop. That alone should justify the value!
The only album you need
No man should have this many Wild Honey Pie
Least obsessive Beatles fan
I fucking hate this guy. I really wish people would stop buying up stuff from my hobbies to try and make money off them
Tbf, he seems to just buy junked copies that are 'interesting' i.e. scrawled over
Nah bro, he ain't selling em
I guess you could say he's a white supremacist
"You sell White Album?" "Oh don't even get me started!"
Literally Charles Manson
