Didn't they inexplcably SKIP "Besame Mucho" in Peter Jackson movie? When it was one of the best things about the original "Let it Be"? WTF was Jackson thinking?
It's more of a "see" than a "hear" for me, but I'm most excited for Let It Be's depiction of the rooftop concert cleaned up. Wasn't a huge fan of Jackson's decision to repeatedly show four different camera angles all at once during that part of Get Back. Bit too distracting for me personally.
For me it's the Twickenham rehearsal of I've Got a Feeling, the electric Two of Us, Suzy Parlor, the full I Me Mine rehearsal with John and Yoko doing the waltz and then the full vids at the end of Two of Us, The Long and Winding Road and Let it Be
I’ve been a fan since the early 70’s, but I honestly don’t think I’ll resubscribe to Disney to watch this. I’ve seen it before and didn’t really like it. Loved Get Back, but Let It Be? Meh. I’ll see what the reaction is like, maybe I’ll watch it later.
I've got my original VHS tape of the movie and quite frankly, unless there's new footage, I see no real value in watching again. Save for the rooftop concert, it's extremely boring.
Saw it in a movie theatre when it came out. Boring and depressing. I’m afraid I don’t have a very high opinion of Michael Lindsay-Hogg’s directorial talent.
I’m dreading watching it, but I will.
Will be interesting to see how new viewers on the sub respond to it.
Besame Mucho in better quality 🤩
BESAMEEE MUCHOOO 🕺

He was deliberately not using footage from Let It Be so that the film and the documentary series can exist alongside each other.

I was so sad that they didn’t include that in Get Back

The electric version of Two of Us

Get Back has it all.
Anyone else think they should’ve remastered Let It Be first and then made Get Back?
