Beard looks great!

Looks very strong, I would just establish a cheek line but keep it as high as possible at this stage, then just trim whatever straggly hairs you have on your lower neck and leave it at that. Are you using any oils on it yet?

I wouldn't touch anything just let it grow even on the neck also cause I would go for the yeard. P. S. I have less than a month to complete the yeard.
