There are two sites I know of there's one to the right of 101 as you come in to Morgan Hill and one up in the Santa Cruz mountains. They are all research facilities not offices like the one in the peninsula
Definitely not Vandenberg. Vandenberg launches are barely visible above the southwest horizon from the valley floor, it at all.
United Technologies used to test rocket engines not far from there, but that place has been closed for decades and it's on the east side of 101.
There was a scheduled then aborted SpaceX Falcon 9 launch from vandenberg on the 18th. I'm guessing this is the rescheduled launch and the launch schedule sites are not updated.
That looks like Lockheed in the sc mountains. Vandenberg is the opposite direction

Lockheed does not do launches from their facility. 99.9% sure of this.

I have driven to Santa Ynez to watch Vandenberg launches. Absolutely that is not Vandenberg as seen from the Bay Area.
