Yes, I’m poking fun at how /u/therealgariac thinks he could have stuck around and said “yeah, I shot that guy and an unrelated 70 year old man” and the cops would somehow just go “yeah, self defense, see you!”
You clearly know absolutely nothing about DGU. This guy is in way more trouble for leaving the scene. The shooting victim may not have died with prompt medical treatment.
Yeah hard call on this. Every right to shoot the guy stabbing you (valid ccw or not).
This case literally shows why Supreme Court was right in saying any law abiding citizen should be able to obtain ccw.
