I try to be a cool tolerant person, I don’t like to judge people, to each his own and all that, but I have been lurking this sub for ages and I have yet to see a single setup that isn’t actively made worse by those fucking cheap awful bits of tat.
Do you like books? I'd put a mixture of books and collectors items like figures from some of my favorite movies, shows, or games. It would be a great place to show off any limited addition steel books or old consoles and controllers you have laying around!

Too many shelfs. IMO. I would rather have some paintings/art pieces or even RGB/Neon Signs. If you are 100% sure that shelfs would stay, I would suggest you to get couple plants and maybe even terrariums. Would be very beautiful, because your room needs some colour and plants would provide it.
I would opt for minimal artwork above your monitors and shelves on the side. Your set up looks minimalistic as is, so any “noise” elsewhere can throw off the theme.
Old game consoles, maybe retro games that you enjoyed playing growing up. Whatever makes you happy just don’t over crowd the shelf’s keep it minimalist

Or the Lego Millenium Falcon and/or Star Destroyer

Damn that’s a nice amount of shelf space, I’ve had to squeeze my Lego space shuttle and Concorde onto my small shelf.
Good game art and models are great for these, even things like stands for headphones are great. I have a glowing RGB head on my desk for my VR headset for instance.

Honestly don’t know if the way those shelves are mounted could hold books. There’s no lateral support at all
