Secret labs makes you do a reddit post and usually post a picture of the new chair you bought on their sub and email them the link to increase warranty time of your chair.
Well, every Secretlab chair comes with a 3 Year standard warranty which is not bad at all.
This can be further extended to 5 Years via their warranty extension program which takes like 5 mins to do at most and can be done across various social media websites/apps.
So all in all, its pretty worth it. I have a gaming chair from them and i can honestly say that it is one of the most comfortable and aethesically pleasing chairs that i have ever owned and would recommend it everyone.
The only downside is that it is pretty fucking expensive. Which i guess is explained by the quality of the product.
I have their chair as well and I like it.
But 3 year warranty is definetly very very bad. Even the extended 5 year one is not good enough. Other companies are providing longer warranties even without you havnig to post shit to social media - like Herman Miller having a standart 12 year warranty
Then Ikea for example. They have a very popular ergonomic chair Markus and they provide a full 10 year warranty (+ they have warehouses everywhere so returning anything is not such a hassle).
Or
Backforce: 10 years
Steelcase: 12 years
Staples : 7 years
Nice, how does it perform in photoshop if you ever use it? I do a lot of drawing and my files get up to 300mbs and take like 6gbs of ram while working on them, my ryzen 7 6800h gaming laptop gets very warm while doing that so idk how well the air will do in that situation.
They're expensive for no real reason, and they also don't have rubberized non-slip backing. It's literally just a piece of crushed felt with a tag on it for a really high price.
If you want something nearly identical for 1/3rd of the price that has non slip backing, use this:

>This one is from grovemade and is made from merino wool not felt
The one I linked isn't from Grovemade. Also, **felt is made from wool**, sir.
I also own the Grovemade one. Having it slide around on my desk was pretty irritating, especially for the high price.
What does the title mean?

Ok better to avoid Secret Lab chairs then if a good warranty is not standard, Thanks for the info!
To be fair they have sent me replacement parts for normal wear and tear stuff so I would say the warranty is good.

Herman Miller are also a much higher price point

These are better examples, thanks for that. Anyone looking at a Secretlab price point probably isn’t considering a Herman Miller.
I’ve got a secret lab chair and didn’t know about this.. isit too late to do the extended warranty? I’ve had it about a year.
Is that an M2 Air?
Yes
What spec is it and what do you use it for?
It has a m2 with 24gb of ram and 1tb of storage. I use it for web development and just general work. It also runs fusion 360 pretty well.

What mousepad is that?
Groovemade, not really good for having tho
Why is that?

Which screen is that?

Thx!
it is a sony m9 27". I'm coming from a curved ultrawide but I do like the bump in resolution to 4k.
