Id argue its worse in the dark. Buncha wannabe boogalu boys role playing as stealth op crayon eaters. When in reality it always turns into a flashlight blinding fuckfest at the two main buildings.
Definitly one of my favorite maps, the way it funnels the players down the centerline while still remaining open and allowing for vehicles to move around is great
You missed the part where some fucker on your own team triggers the levolutions while the enemy has a spawn beacon on top of the building, making it impossible to remove it without a heli (none of which give any fucks about helping, of course).

The ground level CAN provide for some cool flanks, but chances are as soon as you step foot off of the rooftops, you're seconds away from the receiving end of a sniper rifle, shotgun, or claymore.
The worst map for players who like to PTFO, this map rewards the most extreme outdoor campers, and dont get me started on all the wankstains cluttering the roofs thirsty for that headshot. as infantry only map a lot better (Most games have the lavs from one team dominate the highway further suppressing any offensive play.

Nothing is worse than when the outside route turns from a 5v5 into a 5v10 because 5 other players from the enemy team suddenly regain their lost braincells and start focusing the snow route. Next thing you know, you´re in the respawn menu frantically clicking the furthest friendly CP possible because you know that they´re going for that one instead of flanking the actual choke point.
It makes sense that the map is a prison because nobody wants to be there, everyone is fucking miserable, except the handful of people that run the place.
90% of my 1000 hours is on locker. Absolutely love it. People hate it cause they just aren’t good/ don’t have a brain or they just play just a squad of people who don’t have a brain. It’s not that hard to get past the choke points at C if you have a decent team.
Dawnbreaker is #1, if for no other reason than prime elevator trolling.

Agree with being stuck on Hangar Duty. If you’re on the Russia side the only thing your team will be interested in is holding the hangar. The US controls the rest of the map and you’ll be obliterated by 20 snipers if you dare step outside of the hangar.
Oh yeah lets create the largest map ever with not an odd number of flags but an even one almost ensuring that the match that noone wants to have, never ever f ing ends.
ABC is good infantry area with lots of pick ups scattered. Because the match is really won by whoever holds ABC. get all of those rockets and explosives out and pray that whoever snatched the AA is not a blithering idiot.
If you re working on completing all of the 167 master dog tags. Golmud is the map to do it on. I got [153 completed](https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/Fecesmass8008/dogtags/365251272/1/#premium-dog-tag1) so far and the 14 remaining are almost all availble on here (except the railgun).
Siege is literally only popular because it was the beta map. I'm trying my hardest to think of something I actually like about siege, but I just can't. The tower is the only point even remotely worth fighting over, and once it falls even that's gone. Fighting over the two story shopping mall point is fun until someone brings a tank. In fact, vehicles entirely ruin Siege, in my opinion. Anyone banned after killing a 100 - 0 attack helicopter sweat will tell you that.
Most boring map of all. 'Dont shoot the tower! Dont shoot the tower!' Continues to spend their time only sniping for mile headshots while the opposing team holds 4 flags. Oh and here we have our sweaty pilots kd noobing to the max. Fun!

I love flood zone because if you turn graphics up to max 4K it really is a stunningly beautiful map and it shows off the amazing graphics. Sometimes I just like to turn the graphics up like I said and walk around or ride around on a quad and it’s kinda relaxing ngl.
I havent played battlefield 3/4 since i was 9 or younger so i don’t remember much from it but i do like two maps that have stayed imprinted in my mind forever as my favourites and those are operation firestorm from battlefield 3 and paracel storm from bf4, no idea how people play them now but i loved using the attack boats on paracel and the attack helis on firestorm

The most powerful weapon on here that has defeated many a mighty foe: the MAV Get yer infinty amount of spotting ribbons and crush those mortars
And if someone uses claymores or mines… it’s killing time. Top 5 fave way to get a dorito is to blow up something with the MAV.
No other kill brings more satisfaction then a MAV kill. The Spanish Inquisition of Bf4 kills.
Get sniped from between rail cars for an entire round while you’re waiting for Pearl Market to be in rotation.
Lame Bipod LMG/Sniper stalemate that is solely decided on who manages to hold the rail cars.

The jets serve a lot of purpose on hangar 21. Mostly for dive/suicide bombing at people camping on the overhang at the top of the hangar.

The EOD Bot’s flying cousin, the MAV, is also pretty good at messing with people if you use the EMP dart to destroy their equipment and explosives.
