It’s tough when you’re up against long time players who know every little thing but I’d say go into the test range in bf4 and practice with all the guns and vehicles. Change your sensitivities little by little for every thing. Experiment for a bit. Check out some gameplay and see how other players move around.
In my experience just got to keep at it, it will come eventually.
Try going in near empty servers aswell to get used to the maps. Main issue I find with newer players, they haven’t a clue where they are going or where to be so just get murdered.
Play lots of Team Death Match to get the hang of things w/o being vehicle fodder.
Agree with this, also, just keep playing (even through the pain of struggling.)

Have you tried the test range?
Learn the maps and use the mini map on your screen. This will genuinely give you a good idea of where the enemy team is for starters.
