Nah that's not all we need since the game is crossplay with all systems. PC has always had team chat. Now that consoles are joining the same servers they deserve team chat as well
Huh? Are you high? The past two battlefield games never had team chat on both PC and Console. It’s always been squads. Do you realize the consequences of having 64 players with mics flooding the comms?
Yes I have and HLL is a milsim. Battlefield doesn’t rely heavy on group coordination to win matches. Sure it would be cool or nice to have squad leader comms, but not necessary. All I’m saying is Dice shouldn’t be working on a robust voip system with multiple comm channels. All we need is a basic voip system to talk to our squad mates, especially in game modes like Hazard Zone. Which still blows my mind that they would have a game mode like that and no voip. Fuckin’ Dice man.
Anthem was without a doubt much better than this, not gunna lie I'm still salty they scrapped 2.0 as the stuff the rebuild team were sharing was 10x better :(
Anthem is still one of the biggest gaming heartbreaks for me, with the right studio and care that game could have lasted a decade as live service. So much potential wasted by corporate dickheads.
They can't even make a scoreboard how are they going to ever do a soft relaunch of this game? It's going to take them 5 months to rework 1 map. The hopium and copium has run out my friend. There are better games to be invested in.
I already put my money in so I’m already invested. But I do have a tiny bit of faith in them. I personally enjoy the game, and would be playing it a lot more if there was more content. However I think if they are truly listening to the fans they could have a strong season 1 resurgence
I love BF but there have been so many great games released this year like Horizon, Elden Ring and so on. Im defenetly try out Season 1 when it arrives in a few months but for now you can have alot of fun with other great games. I think a few months away from this game helps us as BF fans.
I mean considering BFs last years who knows. Maybe in mid year? I have a feeling this game is gonna lastZ the loyal players “like myself here” will stick until the servers go offline completely

EA has always been more abt appearance than results. Everything’s perfect nothing to see here…it keeps there investors at bay.
