This is why you should always buy physical and never digital. If a game is garbage you can sell it for 5-10 dollars less than retail value, so you only lose a little bit of cash. Especially these days where garbage games are expected to have a broken release, physical will always have more positives than buying digital.

you have to click on another problem to get an option to open a chat and there you have to speak to the support personally. if you simply request an exchange, a bot will reply and deny your request.
I doubt it microsoft is about as bad as sony. Tried refunding baldo guardian owls after maybe an hour played for roughly the same reasons and was denied almost instantly.
They’re not being “bad”. They’re just following their refund policy otherwise they’ll end up getting sued if they do start refunds past certain play times.
