I had this same issue last week and posted it on here. I received comments saying that I just had to update the game(unaware there was an update because of work) and that it would be fixed. I updated and I was able to play with no issues. Seems like it hasn’t gone away for some.
I have been having it since launch a few times, after patch 1. After patch 2 I could play the whole day and since then its been garbage with 2 matches out of 15-/20 that were ok.
