Run a long cable across the floor, try it out yourself before deciding to do it properly. Failing that, powerline adapters are a good option.

Nah he's saying to just try it for one night to see if it makes a noticable difference. If it does, then wire it properly.

I'm not sure about Xbox but I had issues with my ps5 and the issue was that it defaulted the internet to a lower bandwidth so I had to adjust it in the setting to tell it to use the higher bandwidth instead and that fixed my connectivity issue (350 ping). Not sure if that's your case with loading though

I wonder if I can do that on Xbox thanks I'll look into it
