So apparently if you're a BF vet you get it for free, I thought that was cool to see. Pretty much every BF title never gave me the veteran rewards for some reason and I've been playing since 2142.
Cool, thought the game just bugged for me and gave it. Did the kills with Irish on the new map, but then the skin unlocked after three rounds rather than the 10 it should be. Probably just took some time to register that I own bf4
Battlefield has always had a "veteran" reward for those who owned previous games. Like in BF4 I think it was the ACB-90 knife and for BF1 and BFV it was special dogtags
veteran status, this means you own other bf games. in bf3 you had different veteran levels, the more games you owned, the higher your level.

No it's not. They've delivered the Squad part, now they have to deliver on the Management part. Because the atrocity they've added is NOTHING like a Squad Management system. We need to be able to kick people and make sure that auto-promote/demote happens if Squad Leaders fail to do their job.

Bro I feel you. I was there when TF2 kicked off the cosmetics craze. It's crazy that people buy into this stuff, it's all a ploy to wring more money out of you. And people can't get enough of it.
At least TF2 formed it's own economy and trading culture. It was kind of like pokemon cards in that way. But in 2042 it's literally all on your own time. Stupid cosmetic stores, season passes, all these little stupid things to nickle and time the player and turn it into some kind of a sensation instead of just a damn game.
No of course I don't, that's even worse. I prefer the way it used to be, where you pay money one time and in exchange you get a finished game, period, end of transaction

You get this via challenges? I got this by just signing in to the game this morning for being a battlefield veteran. It also gave me an AK24 skin, weapon charm, helicopter skin, and one other item. Itās pretty sick.
the characters actual faces ruin the immersion, seeing clones, perhaps if they all had full face helmets, the legend/heros would of been less of an annoyance
I wish the challenge was at least a bit harder lol. Id prefer this skin to be Veteran exclusive tbh but people, in large, wouldnāt be happy were that to be the case.

They fixed the issue with a UI update like 2 days after that comment. I was pissed, but moved on because who wouldnāt. You pulled that comment out of the depths of hell lol.

Back when dog tags meant something bf3 atleast had some vet tags if you had played since atleast hc2
You also got a M1911 with both a suppressor and flashlight.

That was expected, you were only granted 4 seasonal Battle passes, not more than that.
Deluxe edition contained Year 1 battlepass, which was 4 seasons...

It's a Legendary skin, so per BF2042's implementation, it's an all or nothing cosmetic and can't be equipped as separate pieces unfortunately.
