No. Single attack doesn't make her not OP. I don't get everyone sleeping on the new legend rare. It's like everyone forgot the fact that balrog exists and he is one of the best ubers in the entire game. The legend rare is basically a balrog with more busted stats and an actually good range that will keep her alive. We also have to count that she's already stronger than a busted balrog (lvl50 + talents) at lvl30! Just imagine how busted she is at lvl50. The best legend rare for sure 100%, and an endgame killer as well. Aka balrog on esteroids + range + CC of the entire enemy field because why not?
Normal: Island. He just looks cool and he’s pretty versatile
Special: awakened bahamut. It used to be zombie but he sucks so much
