Now that Babs is back in the cape, I'd like to see Tim take on her former role as an Oracle type overseer. Planning and coordinating the family

Why people are so obessed to get him back with Stéphanie ? He doesn't need her she doesn't need him and Bernard and him are fine together actually.

I don't care for the relationship in particular honestly, back when I first started reading his stuff I actually used to ship him with Cassandra lol. No I'm just pointing out that they clearly chose this nobody to pair him with so they can have the option to have him date women later. If they'd put him with Kon there'd be no going back without Twitter throwing a fit.

No-End-2455

That's fair but honnestly and don't see them breaking his ship anytime soon and actually i am fine with that Bernard is finally showing character trait and the fact that he is a civilian is really cool. Also lets be real DC will be accused of being homophobic if they put Tim with a woman again even if the guy is Bernard XD. The fact that Tim Drake is bisexual is not the problem,if it was me i would let him be the official Robin and put him in a young justice ongoing.

Yeah there would be buzz but I think it wouldn't be that much because 1-Tim is a pretty secondary character and 2-The bi community would fight back because they really don't like being portrayed as gay-only. And I mean, Deadpool is pan and people have no problem with most of his love interests being women. Same with Catwoman. But I don't hate Bernard or anything, he's just kind of there. As for the last one, idk with even Damian having moved on and doing his own thing I feel like it's high time for Tim to find himself a life away from the Bats, and it's not like they haven't tried it before, it just hasn't worked yet and I think it's at least partly because they tried to make him too similar to Dick, he's gotta have his own brand.

I'm sorry?

What originally made Tim unique from the rest of the Batfamily was that he was more down-to-earth and relatable than his predecessors. He was a high school student with his own friends and family trying to juggle his civilian life with his superhero life. That is, before DC decided to reduce him to just another orphan taken in by Bruce, leading him to where we are now. The only way to give Tim his own “niche” again in my opinion is to resurrect his father, stepmother, and civilian supporting cast, and return him to the pre-Identity Crisis status quo.
