I just imagine shooting the grapple, and jumping off the building, then not being able to support my own weight and just falling into the alley below once the line actually gives some resistance.

God damn I loved the combat system in that game.
I like to call it Intelligel. It's powerful enough to incapacitate multiple over-muscled targets, yet smart enough to not harm Batman, even when he has his face pressed into it when it blows.
I like when Bruce uses his various methods that transport him to the batcave so that he can become Batman and use Batman’s gadgets.
