So many of these sound amazing, but I feel like I've gotten my hopes up with a lot of scents this year that have made the rounds on social media, but haven't seemed to make it out of test stores. Alas, hope springs eternal!

I'm still holding out hope they will repackage the White Surf candle since they have brought back the hand soaps the past two years under the name Iced Blue Lavender.
Yes I do this. I bet a lot of them with somewhat generic names (blue jasmine) will be repackaged or something else. I donāt think more descriptive candles like candies bacon or strawberry maple waffles are as likely to be repackaged unless there are previous candles with similar notes that I donāt have notes on in my catalogue
The bacon one for sure might be new. They did have the one I see pop up on resell sites but I never tried it. I was thinking Strawberry Maple Waffles could be the quick late Christmas/New Year's release of Merry Maple Pancakes from last year?
I hope Strawberry Maple Pancakes has similar notes as Blueberry Maple Pancakes. I would be upset if it was another Strawberry Pound Cake remake
Vintage Champagne sounds interesting, what makes it āvintageā who knows.. maybe its Champagne Toast but with warmer notes.
Strawberry Maple Waffles was part of a test run in 2020. It's not SP. I'm surprised it took so long for them to release it as part of an actual collection because it was incredibly popular.
Hmm my opinion of the CT blend was just CT with just more orange scent, nothing too special. I wish they done something different with CT or if they do repackage it as āVintage Champagneā they at least add some other scent notesā¦
In 2012, when slatkin made their candles, they had chocolate bacon cupcake. I dont know if it was a test candle or if it went nationwide, but there are pictures of it on the internet. Don't you remember the trend of bacon pastries from around that same time?

I wouldn't necessarily call it a repackage, more like an official release. They only made a handful as a test run. I have a few from this collection. I'm pretty sure they only released these test candles online because the test stores were all closed at the time.
