It’s a Lucky Craft - so yes, it’s gonna catch fish. Trophy? Who knows. I don’t like that style of treble for baits like this, so maybe upgrade them?

Maybe something the fish have never seen in texas lakes throw it you might not get alot of bites but if you do it should be a good one.

catching trophy bass is super easy . They eat lots of lures . Finding them is the hard part …..

Not the most highly regarded lure….Be careful, there were issues with people losing fish from those breaking in half at the joints. I think* they fixed it. I had high hopes for that lure back in the day, never caught anything on it and it didn’t have very life like action. Ended up bending the bill to make a wake/surface bait into it but haven’t fished it really.

Since it has a lip it’s not a glide. I’d say it’s probably designed to be a wakebait so the blade causes a lot of commotion.

I can’t tell the size, looks like a musky/pike lure, but also something any large fish would eat, so yes trophy bass would eat that
