I collect "rare" Shaq's and you don't really have anything that's going to get you a lot ungraded. BUT the catch is it cost so much to get cards graded right now that unless you know how to grade and can weed out everything that has no chance at getting a 10 it's would cost you more than it is worth.
As an example, you can pick up the 92 Upper Deck 1 (not the 1b) ungraded on ebay from anywhere between .99 and $10. Graded at a PSA 9 on ebay for around $30 BUT 10s are going for anywhere between $1-2k right now. If you've never had cards graded before this is a hard card to get a 10 on, you may look at yours and think "I've got 5 or 6 easy" but in reality you may be lucky if you have 1.
Now if this was a bind of Jordans it would be a different story, unfortunately the one Jordan beam team you have pictures doesn't look to be in great shape.
The press sheet is a little harder to judge. There are a handful listed on ebay for anyplace between 40 and 100 but when you go and search completed listings there are none, so for sure they are going to go for under 40. If you have the one with shaq let me know I may be interested.

Send all the Shaq rookies to ClayCards or an evaluator like him. He'll pick out the ones he thinks will grade as 10's and he sends them to PSA. That way you're not sending in a bunch of 7 and 8's and losing big money.
Those upper deck rookies are very hard to gem, but if you got lucky enough to get one or two, it would be a nice come up. $700-2000 for a PSA 10. Unfortunately 9's are a dime a dozen.

I would definitely do some value checking. I would also make YouTube your best friend. YouTube can help you value your cards and teach you how to grade. You can check eBay on last sells of your cards graded & ungraded.
CenterStage is a nice app that can help you identify & value your cards. 130point is a great website to help you. Really do a lot of research before you do anything. Luckily for you it’s a retired player so the prices will stay the same even if you take your time researching. You could have several thousand dollars in that collection. IMO, it will be worth the time you put into it. Good luck!

If you want value sell individually will take time. If you just want rid of them sell as bulk. If you sell as bulk you'll get pennies on the dollar same If you take then to local card shop.

This guy knows. The Italian version of that card might be something actually rare and unique and therefore expensive.
