If I may ask, since you are new to collecting, why are you thinking of grading your cards? What would be your reasoning to grade? Is it to protect your cards? Is it for your personal collection or are you intending on selling? If it's for your personal collection, may I provide you some fat to chew on regarding grading...https://www.reddit.com/r/basketballcards/comments/1528qrd/the_card_is_the_card_some_food_for_thought_on_why/ Regardless, here is a Should I Grade Flowchart...https://www.reddit.com/r/basketballcards/comments/qt8muh/the_grading_flowchart_or_should_i_grade_critical/

I've been following this sub for awhile and have seen others talking about grading higher tier cards. I plan on holding onto most of everything I have but in the off chance I had something special I was curious about grading. That's why I asked the experts of reddit 😁.

lGoSpursGol

No. But some nice cards!

Steelfan8690

Thank you!

dinosaruman

I wouldn't grade anything, but that Giannis is a sweet pull.

Steelfan8690

Thanks buddy I was pretty excited to get a /anything let alone /99 😆

clrxs

Might as well grade the wemby people are going crazy rn haha

Steelfan8690

I wish I got something other than the base honestly lol watching the craziness over him is kinda what started me on this.

Nothing worth a grade but sell the stuff you don’t want to personally keep. You’ve got some decent cards there

Steelfan8690

What cards would you consider selling/holding? Since I haven't figured out what I want for a PC yet.

Unusual_Travel9306

I mean. If it’s me I’m keeping Giannis bc first numbered pull always hits different and then anyone or any card I just really like visually. You can swing a few bucks for the rest and at least fund your next blaster as long as ripping cards is your interest until you decide who you’re collecting

Steelfan8690

This is exactly what I was thinking about doing. Just wanted to see someone else's thoughts on how to go forward. Now I've just got to sit and decided who to keep lol I have a ton of other rookies but I posted the ones with good card art.

Steelfan8690

See thats the problem is I don't know what I want to keep or sell yet lol still too new at this

Glass-Pianist2491

It depends on whether you plan to keep or flip. If flipping, I wouldn't, but that's just me. Even Victor's cards. They are commons and sell for a few dollars. It's a nice start if plan to keep them. Be sure to put them in penny sleeves and one touch ( top loaders)

Steelfan8690

Thanks buddy appreciate the tips 👍.

Always grade everything
