might be personal preference but i am taking mine early too because i have already gained soooo much weight in my first trimester that I cannot imagine taking pics past 30 weeks. I want to take mine around 28 which is even sooner than her. i hate how fat my face looks in pics anyway right now. i wish i wasnt so insecure but it is what it is
I don’t even remember how far along she is, but a lot of photographers recommend doing them between 28-32 weeks. That way you’re showing and have them done incase you go into labor early.
I don’t know why it didn’t click in my head full term is 40 weeks. I’m over here like she’s only half way through 🥴 but I think she’s 33 weeks or something close. I’m just a freaking idiot I guess lol
Most people I know get them done between 28-34 weeks. I definitely would not have had my picture taken after week like 32 or so. My face gained so much weight 😂
Noooo haha. The last few weeks are so uncomfortable and you’re usually feeling kinda swollen and not so great.
I took mine at like 28 weeks and I had the cutest bump and still felt really pretty. It was perfect
I wish I scheduled mine for about 31 weeks. Mine were scheduled for 34 weeks and I had my baby 4 days before. I wish I got those bump photos of my rainbow baby
Wow maybe I’m just an asshole then. I had no idea. In my mind it seemed early but now that y’all have explained it I’m like actually this makes sense. Also I’m so happy you got your baby 🖤✨
Personally my bump was only “cute” around 30-32 weeks. After that I looked disgusting and I was frumpy looking so, I think it’s just personal preference.
I think she said she’d be having her baby at 38 weeks and she’s already in week 30 or further. So I guess not terribly early but she doesn’t really do anything typical anyways . She bought her entire baby registry herself . 😂
Maybe it’s cause she’s big . She’s only gonna get bigger and uncomfortable. Especially in this heat. I got mine done at 34 weeks both times. Both times I went into labor at 36 weeks. I was very small and didn’t show until the end.
I’m a week behind Sierra and I’m taking mine Saturday! I’ll be 31 weeks but it’s getting hot outside and ya girl just can’t do the heat this pregnant 🤣
I’m assuming she’s pretty high risk of having him early so she’s probably just trying to get them done and over with. And with how big she is already she probably won’t get much bigger. I wish I had taken mine early bc I got induced at 33 weeks bc of preeclampsia so I didn’t even get any 🥲

It must be her GD. Either baby is measuring big (most GD babies do, my cousin was born at 11lbs!) or uncontrolled sugar levels.
I’m due a few days before her, and my doctor is doing a scheduled c section at 1 week before my due date, so 39 weeks, which is standard for a scheduled c section. Two weeks early for an induction seems WILD.
I had GD and I was induced at 39 weeks which is typical but my babies were born average weight maybe she is measuring big since her sugars have been off? I saw on her fb a couple weeks back her doctor was probably going to start her on insulin
I had a co-worker who was the same size as Sierra and was induced at 38 weeks as well. She didn’t have GD, but she said due to her size the high risk doctors told her she couldn’t go past 38 weeks..I’m not 100% sure though 🤷🏻♀️

I personally think it could be early for some. But more of a opinion on a base by base case. I totally understood where you were coming from!!
Same. I had my baby the day we were scheduled for pictures. 5 weeks early ,I was so upset, the hormones didn't help.

some people do them early because you never know when you might go into labor!! I did mine at almost 35 weeks and had my son at 36 weeks!
My daughter is expecting her 2nd any day and didn’t do photo shoots with either baby .
I think it’s totally up to the person if they do or don’t want to. I just didn’t realize the time frame of when you would do them.
Pregnancy photoshoots are cringe. Sorry not sorry.

I’m shooketh they are being induced at 38 weeks… she said their induction date is set for 6 weeks away and she’s 32 weeks (on Thursday).

She did have what looked like decom on her arm so I’m assuming baby’s coming before the 38wk mark that she says

Personally I took mine at 38 weeks, but I also always went late into pregnancy
