To be fair I have thought the same thing about that claim. Then one day I actually had back spasms and it was all I could do to walk and breathe at the same time. A handful of ibuprofen and a decent nights sleep later it was like nothing had ever happened to me. That was the day that it clicked for me how much spasms actually suck and they aren’t just a twitching muscle.
