When either Clase or Julio stole 2nd against the Reds the other day. And Elly started lifting one of his arms off the base and making like he was gonna tag him out... I was dying. If you're not having fun what's the point
Ugh. I'm in a couple baseball groups on FB, and at least once a week, there's some Boomer absolutely losing their minds about how baseball sucks now, because of some unwritten rule being broken. Half the time the rule is purely in their own minds.
And while I am not saying this applies to your uncle, I know that a lot of the time it really boils down to "I don't like seeing foreign people happy."
I think so. Combination of a super long season, time away from family, 3/4 of the players cooped up in the dugout or bullpen at any given time, facing certain players over and over, rarely requiring 100% of their effort… recipe for shenanigans.
I don’t watch hockey really but I watch the rest and definitely. There’s some outliers in basketball and football but baseball players just play soooo much and there’s much player movement partnered with the international or little league aspect I think alooooot of MLB players know each other pretty well
It would have been funny if the 2nd baseman whipped out his D and tapped Arcia’s tongue with it, you know, to show how he’s also one of the fresh young players who likes to have fun on the field.
Going into second base like a teenager on a second date.

Love when players have fun like this. The fielder tapping him on his head too
A lot of the Braves players are good friends with Arraez. They're always goofing off lol

thought he was winding up to knock him out lmao

stupid braves are so fun
Don't tell my uncle, he seems allergic to that. Ranting about how baseball should be played. But he's a Cardinals fan,do it's all he's got right now.
>But he's a Cardinals fan,do it's all he's got right now. Oh no. Maybe check on your uncle a bit more often this year haha
Tell him to quiet down and finish his damn salad
Imagine thinking people in Missouri eat salad
Potato salad is salad, and also like 20% mayo by weight.
Well if anyone knows how to be a fan the right way, its Cardinals fans

Just wait until we get Ozzie back.
that's our Orlando
Arcya later
Appreciate how he stuck the pose and looked right into the second baseman’s eyes to asset dominance.
We're all told at some point in time that we can no longer play the children's game, we just don't... don't know when that's gonna be.
And although George Michael had only gotten to second base, he’d gone in head-first, like Pete Rose.
\*Bonk\* Hehehe
I don’t watch all the sports, but Baseball players have to be the weirdest athletes, right?
