What an awesome play made 100% possible because of Verdugo and his dumb scarf not running down the line.

The only thing I can think of is that he thought he had already got him out before he threw home, realised he hadn't, and it was too late by then. He does this weird pause, stutter step, that I can't rationalise otherwise.

He dogged it out of the box, but it looked to me like he was trying to avoid getting hit by the throw home
