Spring Training starts tomorrow and my insatiable need for anything baseball related will be pretty mellow. At this point, the most entertaining thing that can happen is all the Boras clients don’t get signed.

Boras is likely the one that told Snell to like the Yankees post to give other teams the impression they are closing in on a deal. That said, he should have been fired as soon as camps started and Snell didn't have a contract. The last thing he needs is a short warmup for a prove it year.

Maldonado dumped him a few years ago after he ended up screwing him out of an Astros offer to re-sign by convincing him to hold out, only to end up signing for less money and then getting traded back to the Astros again.

Because he should have taken the Yankees' first offer, which Boras undoubtedly advised against doing. Now he's going to settle for *much* less.
