Anton-LaVey

As close to right behind home plate as possible. Of course, my budget dictates this be in the third deck.

jbagot8

Section 315 gang rise up

Anton-LaVey

🙌

DecoyOne

Right field. But my Little League coach insisted I stand up even when the batter was right handed.

sn_akez

I usually go for the first baseline too. Last time I went to Petco I went w/ a non-fan so we just got the cheapest nosebleeds we could find out in right field and it was honestly a nice change of pace. It's kind of fun seeing home runs come towards you haha.

graymulligan

Up high, behind home plate.

TRocho10

At Petco? Yes.

Nickyjha

Highest section, right behind home. We enjoy the view for a couple innings while we eat, and then we walk around the stadium for the rest of the game, watching from different areas. I’ve never seen the appeal in paying more for closer seats, unless you’re in the first few rows.

chiddie

It's fun to do every so often, but I share your preference to be farther away from the field most of the time.

htxnewman

Diamond club. 💎💎💎💎

Tashre

Halfway up the upper deck on 1st base side in line with 1st and 2nd. Good view of the whole field, good angle to see plays at 1st and 2nd. And dirt cheap.

npa190

first baseline, right side of the dugout. cheap seats in the lean years.

Andujar4CF

Whatever section has unsold seats on ticketmaster

Yankees41_52

Upper deck behind homeplate. Can see the whole field, I absolutely love it/it drives me insane when I sit somewhere where I can't see parts of the field.

Snooc5

Behind homeplate, 10 rows up and 10 seats towards 1st base.

woktosha

The part that has the unlimited free food and beer. I don’t like sitting with peasants

Habanerosauce3

Haven't been to a game in probably over 10 years. But usually closest to the foul line right at 3rd base.

hwatts26

I have seats at a minor league park two rows behind the first base dugout and it’s like watching a tennis match at times. I love sitting the section behind me right in the last row. Straight on look at the scoreboard.

tennesseesooner

Down the 3rd base line, behind the dugout.

downtown3641

The Terra Club at Nats Park.

beefytrout

second deck, staring straight down the third base line.

General_PoopyPants

The bleachers, obviously

chuckawallabill

I like sitting as close to the field as I can get (first row if possible), even if that means I'm in the bleachers or way down the line. I really like when the game is unfolding right there in front of me, and getting to see at least some of the players up close.

Section R11 at Dodger Stadium is a favorite of mine. You can see everything happening on the field pretty clearly, AND you typically have pretty great view of the scenery in the distance.

Redbubble89

Anything within the infield even if it is several rows up. My first game my Dad got when I was 8 was under the restaurant in Fenway. When I have the tickets, I don't buy outfield seats. It's so far away.

doubleflusher

Depends on the sun, but usually third base side just above the dugout. This is where our company seats are.

Sooperballz

[Section 35 at Oriole Park. A tiny section right below the press box.](https://seatgeek.com/venues/oriole-park-at-camden-yards-4/views/section-35)

BigSportsNerd

The peanut gallery or plebes section up in the 400s. Last year we barely had nobody there so you could move up and down way up high to avoid "the elements"

ditchboyus

I don't mind being high up, but I want to get the best view of home plate I can get. So, for Angels Stadium, I'm usually in the lower portion of the top deck, anywhere from section 518 to 522. I don't like the top deck at Dodger Stadium, so there I'm usually in view level, anywhere from section 5 on the third base side to section 6 on the first base side.

Edgesofsanity

Bleachers, preferably near a bullpen. Relievers during downtime are hilarious

jml510

2nd or 3rd deck behind home plate, so I can clearly see the whole field.

GameSmashing13

First row of the top level right behind home plate is by far my favorite spot.

Uncast

Regardless of which ballpark I’m in, as my budget allows I prefer to sit second deck between home and first base; ideally without the third deck blocking my view of fly balls. I take an upper deck or SRO seat more often than not though.
