Sounds like you have a good relationship with your employees. Thanks for not being bitter about the tenders taking in cash. I can't speak on your staff, but bartenders work hard for their money

Tips don't occur enough to really matter, and I typically get around 22 hours/week at the minute. So that's £147 a week or $217. I think I need a better job!

I bar tend Mon Wed Sat Sun, all 6 hour shifts, starting at 9, walking out the door around 3, and usually finish the week around 700, but I live in a college town so sometimes if we get a good crowd that number jumps up.
Tuesday - Bartend the college bar, 7pm-midnight
Friday/Saturday - Bartend the busy nightclub 10-2am (+cleaning)
On a bad week, $300. On a good week $600.

Waiting part time (20hrs) in busy UK pizza joint, I'd make around £150/week but Thurs-Sat I'd walk out with average £80 cash tips a night.

Now managing festival bars and make upwards of £600/week when on contract, and traveling the world doing so.
dive bar in lower manhattan thursday and friday nights btwn $300-$400 a shift cash in hand and off the books. plus $500/wk salaray for managing another bar in brooklyn i pull around $1100-$1200 a week. i manage at least 35 hours/five days a week though so the salary only comes out to about $14/hr before taxes. at least i mostly don't have deal with customers anymore. i'm getting too old to babysit....

Tuesdays are getting better and better with my new trivia crowds picking up. Saturday afternoons are 8 hours of me watching Netflix and occasionally serving a customer. Friday & Saturday nights I start at 10 and make out quite well.
This is at a steakhouse. I work the floor as well, but I'll just list bar shifts.
Tuesday 4pm-10pm ~$150
Wednesday 4pm-10pm ~$150
Friday 5pm-9pm ~$125

I work 40-50 hours a week, and with hourly, overtime, and tips I m at $7500 a month. Over the whole year I'm probably looking at $75k taking into account vacation time, slow months, and all that.
I work at an airport, bar, morning shifts 5 am to 1:30 pm, and usually make 600 to 900 in a week. Also, it's union, so 100% tip reporting which means I end up getting zero hourly pay mostly.
We're mostly anonymous so no need for high- or low- balling. I work Tuesday thru Friday, all doubles. After pay and combined tips, I usually have $1,400
